Lia's POV

"What's taking Raia so long?" I asked myself. Wait... am I dreaming again?

"I better start picking flowers, Licht's wedding is about to start." I went to the bed of flowers and start picking them one by one.

"Don't worry I've bought these.." I showed them a pack of flower seeds. "To replace the one's I'll collect. Forgive me please!" I pleaded to the flowers.

"You're such a weirdo talking to flowers." I heard someone spoke behind me.

I looked at the person and realized that it's the same person back at the cave in Nairn.. so this one's Raia huh?

"Is there something on my face?" He touched his face.

"Yeah, something ugly." I reached for his face. "Here.. here and here." I poked different sides of his face while laughing.

"Very funny." Raia sarcastically said. "Hey listen, I just gotta go fetch something and I'll be right back okay?" He said.

"Hmkay~" I said while turning my back at him.

Minutes had passed and I felt a pair of hands covered my eyes.

"Raia, I know it's you stop fooling around." I touched the person's hand and realized that it's not Raia's hand.

I thought I could activated my powers instantly as I backed away from that person but I was a second too late when he grabbed my hand and pointed a knife at my side.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Oh I'm no one." He laughed. "Just someone who wants what you have.." he said

"I don't know what you're talking about, sorry." I said even though I kinda have an idea of what he wants.

He chuckled. "Do you think you could pull off a lie to me? The devil?" He said.

"What did you do to Raia and the others?" I said while struggling to get out of its grip.

"My.. shall we go and see?" He said dragging me along with him.

My eyes widened at the sight of everyone bathed in their own blood.

"W-what did you do?!" I shouted at him. I struggled to get out of his grip even more.

"Shh I just put them to sleep.. for a while.." He laughed.

Before I knew it a surge of power flowed in my veins. All I know is that I have to kill this man in front of me before he pesters the future inhabitants of this kingdom.

"Leila, don't." I felt someone grabbing the hem of my dress, I looked down and saw Raia.

"Raia! Are you okay?!" I kneeled beside him holding his body in my arms. "Stay with me Raia.." I said repeatedly as I put pressure on his wounds.

"We both know what happens if you go over board with your gift right?" He caressed my cheeks, wiping the tears falling down.

"Shh save your breath for later. Stay with me please." I pleaded.

He chuckled. "You look so ugly crying."

I sniffed. "How can you still joke at that state?"

"Don't...go over board st-stupid." He said before closing his eyes.

"Raia? Raia!" I tapped his cheek and received no response. "Wake up please y-you still have to pick flowers w-with m-me.." I sniffed while holding him.
