The Talk.

The next morning I was ready to go to work when I got a text from Michelle "hey can I like talk to you at work?" I didn't even bothering replying since I was going to be there in 30 minutes. I picked up another coffee for me and bubble girl and went into my office building "for you" I placed it on her desk but she grabbed my arm "she's waiting in your office, she's been there for a while now" she whispered in my ear when she pulled me in "who? Michelle?" Bubble girl started nodding her head up and down super fast. I started to walk towards the office doors but as I placed my hand on the door handle I could hear her faintly talking to someone so I pressed my ear against the door. "she has no clue yet" "i'm surprised this will be easier than I thought" as she said that I busted through the door to see who she was talking to. She jumped and dropped her phone since I scared her "OMG you like totally scared me" Michelle bent down to grab her phone to end the call before I could even read the contact name "why are you in my office?" I crossed my arms because I knew for sure she was talking shit about me. 

"Oh right I texted you this morning but you never answered so I decided to just wait for you here" she smiled as she motioned me to sit down at my chair. I never broke eye contact with her, I gave her a death glare. "What would you like to talk about" I said as I took a seat "so Hawks or like I guess I should just call him Keigo, he is so cute like I have no idea how he is still single. I saw him walking down the street and he helped me with my shopping bags so I was going to ask if you like have his number" as she finished her sentence she popped her bubble gum in my face. I could feel my blood rushing towards my eyes as she spoke, I was never the jealous type but when it came to that bird brain I would snap anyone's neck who tried to come near him. "You want his number because you think he's cute?" I replied to her stupid statement "yeah like maybe you could even hook me up with hi-" I froze her entire body and pulled her shirt closer to my face "if you speak one more thing about Keigo I promise you I'll not only ruin your hero career ill end you period" I could feel my blood lust going through the roof but she didn't even seem scared of me "honey maybe you should let him have the choice on who he wants to date, what are you his mother" she just smiled straight in my face "i'm his girlfriend honey so back the fuck off". I released her from my quirk so her body plopped back into the chair "let me make one thing clear to you, you are under my agency I am the boss here. I am the one that decides your whole future at this point. Try that shit with me again I won't let it fly by me" I towered over her as I placed my hands on the arm rest of the chair "yes ma'am I understand but like I said let him decided on who he wants to date, unless there is a ring on your finger I might like back off but even then, I like a little challenge" she gave me a smirked "I promise you in a fight I would show you no mercy so you better watch yourself home wrecker" I used my quirk to get her up on her feet again "now get out of MY office and do something useful" I gave her a big smile as she walked out of my office. 

As soon as she left, I called Keigo right away "oh hey baby bird, you are thinking of me? How sweet of you" I could feel his grin through the phone screen "did you help Michelle with her shopping bags a couple of days ago?" I had to get straight to the point "no? She saw me walking while I was out on patrol and she chased me down to talk to me but I just got out of that equation because I just have a bad feeling about her call it my bird senses" he laughed it off "oh because she busted in my office telling me how friendly you were with her so I had to put her in her place" I walked towards my balcony to admire the city "good girl" as he said it on the phone he was outside of the building balcony to give me a kiss "HEY I told you no flying while on the phone what if you fly into a building" I shoved him "well then I'd have an extremely hot nurse at home who would take care of me" he winked making me blush "I brought you breakfast!" He finally landed and we just started talking as we ate together "I got you a spot on the talk show tonight so look your best out there" as he shoved his mouth with food. 

I did promise him that I would go out and do more interviews now that I've finally went public with my appearance "i'm excited but what type of questions would they ask me" I wiped the corner of his mouth with a tissue "maybe how is dating me the most sexiest man the world as ever seen" "and I'll tell them how you are the absolute worst" we both laughed until our abs hurt. I've never been able to laugh like this in my entire life, Keigo was truly my soulmate. I ended up telling him what happened between Michelle and I in the office before he showed up "she's not even my type anyways, I like my women sightly disinterested in me it adds more spice you know" he said doing fling his fingers into a firey motion "alright I have to go boss people around for the rest of the day and then get ready for this interview, I love you" as the words left my mouth Keigo's wings shot up into the sky and his face went red "did you just say that" he covered his mouth trying to hide his blushed face "and what if I did bird man?" "i'm so in love with you woman" he kissed me and then took off into the sky, I watched him until he was too far away for me to even see.
