They pulled Max into a dark room, where Amelie's fate would be decided.
Amelie was curled up in the corner, trembling. She didn't want to see Max ever again.
They had lied to her. They told her Max never loved her, and he was only gathering info off of her.

That's when the questioner, Rosie, walked in. Her gorgeous locks were flowing behind her and she looked angry.
"Come over here sonny," she said, motioning Max over.
Amelie couldn't hear what they were saying, but she knew it was bad news.
After 5 minutes or so, they both turned from their conversation to face amelie.
"Why did you-" Rosie started, before gasping. She excused herself before running. After a while they couldn't hear anything, until they heard a rumble. The walls were shaking. That's when the sound suddenly stopped. Rosie emerged back from her mysterious disappearance, before mumbling, "They're going to have to clean that up.."
"Ok, lets get started,"
