Max was alone.
Amelie was no longer with him.
She now had a buzzcut, which was equally disappointing.
That's when something touched his leg. It was Ines! She was crying and she pointed to the distance. At first, Max couldn't see what she pointed at, until a small figure appeared, running like lightning.
Oh. He thought. It was ayla, his annoying brat friend. She was obssesed with Lilly.
Ines then got up and shielded Max.
"I won't let you lay a finger on him."
She stated, before lunging towards Ayla. She landed two hits before fainting, because of her weak and frail body.
She would never be able to take on Max.
Ayla then gave Max a haunting glare.
"Where is Lilly?"
Max was confused at first but then he realised that Ayla was trying to find her idol, Lilly.
He shrugged and Ayla ran into the sunset, before tripping over and cringily falling into a ditch.
