The past few days have taken some time to get used to. Augustus would follow me everywhere and even if I wanted some alone time he would still be there but there was something off about him. When he thought I was lost in sleep he would sneak out of my bedroom and come back in before the usual hour I wake up.

The other three and I have gotten really close. They're one of the craziest bunches that I have ever met. It was now Saturday and I had to go train with Stella later and then Augustus after a fifteen minute break from Stella.

We were currently watching The Night Before Christmas in the living room. Stephanie and Augustus were on both of my sides while Jake and Aiden sat on the other individual couches.

"Ok guys but how cool would it be if this year we mixed Christmas and Halloween?" Aiden asked while chewing loudly on his popcorn.

"OMG! Yes! Can we please do that Eva?" Steph adds excitedly.

They all look towards me expectantly. To be honest I didn't know they would be with me until then but this group of people made me happy. The only people missing were Jenny and Jeremey. I still haven't apologized to her. I've been too busy with the business starting to pick up on new deals and then coming home and completely being sidetracked with these three. Meanwhile Jeremey is on a business trip so we haven't talked since the Cafe.

"Eva?" Jake calls me back from my thoughts.

"Oh yea sorry I was just thinking about stuff but of course that sounds great!" I add.

"Yes" Aiden whispers doing a little victory shimmy causing all of us to laugh.

The doorbell rang interrupting us. "I'll get it guys" I say still laughing and walking towards the door.

I opened the door and there was no-one there. I looked around until my eyes landed on a small yellow envelope. I look back towards where everyone was and they were laughing at something Jake had said. Well everyone except Augustus. He was looking straight at me. I smiled at him so he wouldn't think there was anything wrong and he turned back to the tv.

I closed the door behind me and picked up the enveloped to open it. I gasped once I pulled out the paper that was in it. It was a photo of all of us sitting down and watching tv. I turned the card over to see if there was anything else but it was blank. I then saw something else in the envelope.

It was a note.  The first line read: tell anyone and I will make sure everyone you love...

The door creaked open and I quickly crumbled the note sticking it in my pocket along with the photo.

Augustus fully opened the door analyzing my behavior and composure with those eyes that made me feel something in my stomach.

"Hey, I was just taking some fresh air" I tell him.

He stared deep into my eyes searching for any trace of a lie behind my sentence. He noticed the envelop and stuck his hand out asking me to give it to him. I looked down at it and gave it to him. There was nothing in there and I think that would look even more suspicious than there actually being something. He opened it looked inside, held it upside down and shook it but nothing came out.

He narrowed his gaze at me.

"It was just lying on the floor and I was just as confused as you were" I quickly add trying to defend myself. I hadn't read the complete note but the first line told me not to tell anyone. I know that they were hired to protect me and that they were trained to kill but I didn't want anything bad to happen to them. I wasn't going to take the risk.

Before he could further scrutinize me with his eyes I rushed back in telling the the rest of them that I had a stomach ache and went straight to the bathroom. Before Augustus could follow me I locked myself in.
