I thought this would turn out better than it did.

"Zach wake up!" Zach groaned as Jonah shook him slightly. "No" he said burying his face in the pillows further. "Yeah come on we have thirty minutes before we have to leave" zach whinned more realizing where they were going. "Do we have to?" He asked rolling onto his back. "Yes get up and get ready" Jonah said ruffling the boys hair, trying his very hardest to make him happy. Zach sighed and sat up leaning against his pillows. "I still dont want to go" he said rubbing his eyes. "But it will help, get ready and ill go make you something to eat"

"Okay im ready wheres dad" Zach said walking into the kitchen a few moments later. Jonah looked at him and pushed a bowl of cereal across the kitchen counter in zachs direction. "Work" he answered. "So whos going to take me?" Zach asked his face scrunching up. "Me..." Jonah said quietly that comment hurt him a little bit. "Um can Jack take me instead?" Zach asked sticking the spoon into the bowl of cereal. "No im taking you, its fine" zach stirred the cereal staring down at it. "Okay" he mumbled.

"Dont play with your food, eat it" Jonah said after a few moments. "I am" zach said continuing to look at the food in the bowl. "No your not. Eat." Jonah said more strictly. "im not hungry" zach said picking up the bowl and walking over to the sink. "Well apparently your never hungry anymore" Jonah said turning around. Zach tossed the spoon in the sink. "Zachary if you dump that out im going to be very upset" he spoke. Zach turned to look at him. "Eat it" jonah scolded. "Well its soggy now so.." zach poured it into the sink. "Zach! That was perfectly good, pour another bowl now" zach shook his head no and pushed passed jonah into the other room. Jonah shook his head in disbelief following behind the boy. "You know alot of people would kill for that food you just dumped out" zach shrugged his comment off and grabbed his shoes. "How long is this therapy thing going to take?" Was the only thing he said.

Zach wasnt happy that Jonah was taking him, he wanted corbyn to take him. He thought corbyn was going to take him that would make it less scary, he would probably sit there and hold his hand through it all and tell him he did good he knew Jonah probably wouldnt do that. He got in the passengers seat of jonahs car and didnt say a word, he peered out the window crossing his arms over his chest. Something would feel really good right now oh how nice it would feel to go to his special place or even just the darkness. He needed pills, he craved it, the feeling, the thrill as they fell down his throat and entered his system. He shut his eyes and imagined the sweet feeling a small smile etching over his mouth. The feeling he so needed felt reassuring like he wasnt really going to a therapist he was going to pop some pills and drift away. Jack did give him that money maybe if he could just sneak away to get some...maybe just maybe.

Jonah got in the car a few moments later he rubbed zachs shoulder softly trying to lighten the mood a bit. Zach opened his eyes and looked at him out of the corner of his orbs at them. "It will be fine" Jonah said softly. Zach ignored it and turned his head to stare out the car window. Jonah sighed and started the car. Zach shut his eyes again "is it far?" He asked. "Its about a twenty minute drive"

The car ride was silent, not even the noise from the radio could break the tension. As they pulled up to the building zach hide his hands in his pockets they were shaking, he was racked with nerves this was horrifying he would rather talk to his family than a random stranger. What if the therapist pushed to much? What if he cried? What if they made him cry and upset? Why didnt they understand he wasnt ready to talk? Entering the building he was met with the smell of hand sanitizer and just the smell of cleaning supplies. The walls were white, the waiting room chairs were a dark red,, a bell above the door rang when they entered causing the lady at the receptionists desk to look up and smile at the two. Jonah lead him over to the desk by grabbing his arm gently and pulling him over to the desk. He watched his dad greet the women, fake smile plastered on his face. He listened to his dad sign him in. When they asked what the problem was he said it quieter "he has suicidal thoughts and actions, a tramatic event has recently happened giving him lots of anxiety and depression" zach looked down at his feet. He felt like saying stop dont tell or I had anxiety and depression before you just didnt notice...
