I knocked on Aiden's door and stood for a while before
"Come in," he said
The first thing that happened as I opened the door was a ball dashing across my face to the wall
Sub-consciously, I jerked back
"Are you afraid of a small ball?" Aiden asked as he thew the ball to the wall again and it landed back into his hands
He was sitting on the floor at the front of his bed
"I'm sure a normal person will also jerk back. It's an automatic reaction" I said
"Did you knock on my door to teach me science?"
"If you couldn't handle what I was going to say, why then did you make me talk?" I said quietly, but also for his ears
The ball landed into his hand, and he looked at me as if I was going to be the next wall
"Don't you dare!" I warned
"Dare what?" he asked
"Aiden" I called his name
He shrugged as he rose his hand
I closed my eyes and shielded my face with my hands. While I was waiting for the impact of the ball on me, I heard a sound on the wall. I looked and saw the ball fly back to his hand
"Compared to your behavior, you get scared easily," he said
"Did you expect me to bring my face out as you hit it with a ball?"
"Did you really think I was going to hit you?"
"Yes" I answered without hesitation
"Wow, you really have a poor judgment of me," he said
I scoffed
"Says the boy who bullied a girl because of his pride"
"Can you leave my room?" he asked
"Sorry" I raised my hands up in surrender
He went back to throwing the ball to the wall
"What do you want?" he asked
"What else? We have to do our project" I told him, going to his bed
"Stop!" he suddenly said as I was about to sit on the bed, making me freeze mid air
"What?!" I asked, perplexed
"Don't sit" he said
"Why?" I asked
"Up," he said
With a scoff, I stood back up
"Do you think your bed is made of gold foam or something?" I asked him
"That's none of your business"
"Go over here"
"Why should I?"
"I thought you wanted to do the project," he said
I eyed him as I walked over to his table
"What now?" I asked him
"There's a blue note"
I picked it up and waved it to him
"Everything you need to know about me is there"
"What?"
"You can leave now," he said
"Are you kidding me?"
