"Dad!! Dad!!" Jo came running into the kitchen, almost knocking Dean over with a hot frying pan in his hand. It was Sunday June 14th. Bobby and Jo's birthday.
"Whoa killer!" Dean said, raising the frying pan up so his daughter wouldn't get burned.
"Where's the fire?" He said, laughing.

"Sorry!" She said excitedly, grabbing the hot pan from his hand and placing it back on the stove. She took him by the arm and led him to the bench seat pushing him down onto the bench. He looked at her curiously, amusement playing in his eyes.

"What is going on here?" He asked, laughing again.

"Daddy, how much do you love me?" She said, a twinkle in her eye. Sam walked in about then, and hearing what she had just said, cocked an eyebrow as he moved towards the coffee machine.

"That's a loaded question if I ever heard one" Sam said,
Dean grunted in agreement.

"What do you want, Jo?" He said, crossing his arms and looking at her.

"Well, today is mine and Bobby's birthday, and there's something I really, really want." She said, giving him her sweetest smile. Dean cocked a brow.

"I already got you a birthday gift" He said, "You got a car, what else could you possibly want?"

"Can I get...a kitten? Pleeeease?!" She begged. Dean began shaking his head.
"Oh no, no cats!" He said, standing back up.

"But Daddy! I'll take care of it! I'll keep it in my room, you won't have to see it, you won't even know it's here!" She pleaded with him.

"Oh yes I will. I'm allergic. I come within a foot of one and I will start sneezing!" He told her.

Jo pouted, sticking out her bottom lip, and sat on the bench seat with her arms crossed.

"Sorry JoJo, no cats." He said. "Now go get ready for your party, guests will be arriving any minute now, and you're still in your pajamas"

She got up sulking and started to head out of the room, when she heard her favorite greeting of all from the map room.

"Sup' Bitches!"

Jo's face lit up, and she ran for the Map Room.

"Aunt Charlie!!" She exclaimed. Charlie grabbed Jo up in a hug and swung her around.

Dean came to the entry way and leaned against the frame, arms and legs crossed, with a smile on his face.

"I brought presents! Where's your brother?" She asked Jo.

Dean chuckled. "Okay, you two are getting ahead of the game here. Jo, go get dressed. Gifts come later." Dean walked over to Charlie and pulled her into a hug. Jo left the room to get dressed and collect her brother.

"It's been too long Charlie." He told her

"I know! It's so great to see you guys. I can't believe the kids are seventeen today!" She exclaimed

"Tell me about it" Dean said with a chuckle, "I feel old"
Dean led Charlie into the kitchen where Sam was so they could all visit while he finished preparing the birthday meal.
Sam greeted her and gave her a hug.

"So, are you just passing through this time, or are you sticking around for a bit?" Sam asked her. Dean piped up.

"You should stick around, it would be nice have someone other than Sam to talk to" Dean laughed. Sam gave him the stink eye, which made him laugh harder.

"I'm glad you guys say that, cause I was hoping I could crash for a week" She said

"You're always welcome Charlie. No need to wait for an invite." Dean told her. Charlie grinned at him, showing her white teeth.

Jo and Bobby came into the kitchen about then sounding like a heard of buffalo stampeding into the room.

"Auntie!" Bobby exclaimed. He had always called her that. When he was a little kid learning to talk he had a hard time pronouncing his 'L's', so he just called her Auntie and it stuck.

"Bobby!" Charlie exclaimed, and jumped up to pull him into a hug.

"Kids! Calm down! You're gonna bring the walls down on this place!" Dean exclaimed. Bobby and Jo didn't even hear him.

"So, what did you bring us?" Bobby asked. Charlie laughed.

"Sorry guys, your Dad said I can't give it to you till later." She said, pointedly looking over at Dean. The kids turned to him.

"Aw c'mon Dad, we will have plenty of presents later! Can't we just open hers now?" They begged. Dean rolled his eyes.

"Alright! Alright! If it will get you three off my back about it, go ahead!" He said. Truth was, he had never seen his kids this excited about their birthday before. It was a nice change.

"Yes!!!" They exclaimed together. Charlie picked up the bags she had walked in with. She handed the large one to Bobby, and the smaller one to Jo. They started digging into them.

Jo began squealing in delight as she pulled two cos play outfits from her bag. One was her favorite doctor's scarf, hat, and outfit from Doctor Who. The second was the same red shirt and chain mail worn on Merlin, along with a fake sword. At the bottom of the bag she found two tickets for a Comic Con event in Cincinnati, Ohio.

"Are you serious?!" She exclaimed. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She chanted, throwing her arms around Charlie's neck.

Bobby stood over his bag stunned. Looking from his bag, to Charlie and back to his bag, eyes wide. Charlie smiled wide.

"Well? You gonna tell the room what you got?" She asked.

"It's a-a-a Playstation Five!!" He finally exclaimed. He started pulling it out of the bag. At the bottom, he found a game card with $100 on it.

Sam and Dean exchanged glances. "Hey Charlie, can I talk to you?" Dean said, moving towards the hallway. Charlie followed.

"I know what you're going to say, Dean" She said, the second they stepped out of ear shot. "I came into a little bit of money, and I felt like spoiling my favorite niece and nephew" She told him.

"Charlie, the Playstation alone had to have cost around $400" Dean said, looking as stunned as Bobby had.

"Like I said, no big deal. By the way, Jo and I will be heading to Cincinnati next weekend." She told him, with a 'no arguments' tone of voice. Dean just stared at her as she walked back into the kitchen.

Around noon the guests began to arrive, food was on the kitchen table, and presents were piled high on the Library table. This was the first time Dean had allowed any of the kids' friends to come to the bunker, there were five of them in total. Two were Bobby's friends, and three were Jo's. All five of them stood at the entry looking around with their mouths agape.

"This is where you live!?" one of the girls finally said. Bobby and Jo looked at each other with a huge grin.

"Yup!" Jo said, "Come on, I'll show you guys around!" The girls took off into parts unknown. Bobby led his friends down to the den to play video games.

Dean smiled and looked at Sam.

"Gotta hand it to ya Sam, this was a good idea." Dean said with a smile. Sam tipped his head at his brother and said, "I told you." with a smirk, and walked off to join Charlie in the library.
