Samon walked into the meeting room only to have Kiji and Kenshirou sitting in there.

"Is nobody else joining us?" Samon closed the door behind him.

"Yes," Kiji said looking at his compact mirror. "How is Nuan? She's been a little off after the incident at your apartment."

"Nuan is doing great," Samon sat down in a seat. "But with a week until the temporary replacement comes in, she's a nervous wreck."

"Something happened to her at home?" Kenshirou looked up from is laptop.

"Yeah," Samon sighed. "I'll explain after the meeting, it's a long story. Trust me."

Hajime walked in the door, holding something under his arm.

"Now we can begin." Kiji closed his compact mirror.

"Wait," Samon looked around the room surprised. "The Warden's not coming?"

"She doesn't know we're having this meeting," Hajime stated. "And we plan on keeping it that way."

"This meeting is about Number 40." Kenshirou closed his laptop.

"Are you serious," Samon stood up from his chair furious. "The no good bastard is dead!? What more is there to talk about!? Other than the fact he's a sick motherf-"

"I found this in his cell." Hajime held out what he'd been holding.

It was a brown leather binded notebook, the pages were yellowed with age. Samon took it from Hajime's hands and began to look through it. It had everything about Nuan in the pages, from her family, her history, and some photos were inside the notebook. There was even every little details of Samon and their relationship, this made him sick to his stomach. It only took the color draining from his face, to know exactly what he was thinking.

"H-How," Samon shook his head in disbelief. "How did he know all this!?"

"I found the notebook a couple days ago," Hajime explained. "I left it on my desk, and had accidentally dropped it. When a photo of you two fell out, I brought it to their attention."

"When we looked in it, only to find there was anything and everything about you and Nuan, we had to bring it to your attention," Kenshirou crossed his arms. "From something useless and simple like your favorite colors, to serious and private matters like Enki and the first time Nuan was attacked by Number 40 before working at Nanba."

"We had come up with two theories," Kiji chimed in a this point. "The first being that Number 40 had an unhealthy obsession to Nuan, which makes sense doing a background check. He had a personality disorder, and serious anger issues that landing him in jail before."

"What's the other?" Samon looked up from the notebook.

"It was an inside job." Hajime's tone was cold. "Someone who knows you both well enough to know every little detail about you gave him that notebook. Their end game, not a damn clue. They wanted to hurt you, and I have a feeling that Nuan getting pregnant was the first step. Whatever sick plan the bastard had in store, Number 40 was to take the fall."

"An inside job?" Samon sat in his seat processing everything.

"Which is still a lunatic theory," Kenshirou stood up from his seat. "It's a theory that could do more damage than it good."

"Where do even come up with such thing," Kiji stood up as well. "Honestly Hajime, you have quite the imagination."

"Like the hell it is," Hajime started yelling. "The theory you two came up with is--"

Samon stood up from his seat, slid the notebook away from him before walking to the door. A shadow casted over his eyes.

"Samon," Kiji spoke in a concerned voice. "Where are you going."

"It's Thursday, I have an appointment with Dr. Ishimoto," Samon opened the door. "As much as I appreciate your concern, I just want to be left alone."

With that Samon walked out the door without another word, leaving the three in the meeting room in complete silence. Hajime took the notebook, and was greeted with a slap from Kiji.

"You moronic gorilla," Kiji yelled. "Why the hell would you say that!?"

"Look at him, after that shit went down, he changed! And as much as I hate him, and want nothing to do with him, I hate to say it, but I miss the old Samon," Hajime yelled. "I miss the annoying monkey, with the tendency to act like a jackass, what left this room was a broken man who is trying to fix his marriage! I said what I said because as of right now nothing making sense, and all options should be open!"

"You consider an inside job an option!?" Kenshirou slammed his fist on the table.

"Any and all, even if it doesn't make sense, should be an option!"

"And why do you care all of a sudden," Kenshirou growled. "You were perfectly fine sitting and doing nothing while Kiji and I looked for answers!"

Hajime open his mouth to answer but quickly shut it. Samon stood outside the door listening to the conversation the three were having. With his hands in his pockets, and his head down Samon began the slow walk to Doctor Ishimoto's office.

He thought about what Hajime said as he walked. An inside job? Who would want to hurt them? Samon had a great relationship with his in-laws, his family loved Nuan as well, especially Enki, he didn't show it, but she felt welcomed around Enki. That theory could have been false, both of them could, but at least they were trying. Trying alot harder than Samon.

Nuan sat on a bright cyan sofa, when she heard the door open she looked over to see Samon, he sat down withe his head still low.

"How did the meeting go?" Nuan placed a hand on his thigh.

"Good." Samon's voice was low.

"Is everything alright?" Nuan moved her hand onto of his.

"I'm just tired," Samon lied. "I'm not late am I?"

"You had 30 seconds before you were," A female voice spoke up.

That voice belong to Nori Ishimoto, Nanba's therapist. When she sat down in her chair, it meant that the session started.
