SAKURA'S POV

My brothers went out yesterday. I wonder where they came from. They seemed down last night especially Haru. "Ace, did you eat my chocolate again?!" I shouted from the kitchen. "Hey you, young lady, how dare you blame me for something I didn't do." He shouted back from the living room. "Then who ate eat? We are the only ones here at the house." I shouted. Well, it's true. All three of my aunties are at their own houses now. My brothers are yet again out to wherever they went last night. Mom and Dad went with them too. It's just me and my nosy cousin that is left here. I wonder why he didn't go with aunty when they went back home.

"You don't need to eat a chocolate to cover up your bitterness." Ace came up to the kitchen to grab a glass of water. "Who said that I was trying to cover up my bitterness?? In fact, it was a dark chocolate. To remove each and every one sweetness in my body. I'm tired of getting bitten by those ants." I said and he just chuckled. I went to the living room. Guess he was watching a movie.

Ace went back to the couch and continued watching while I scanned at my phone. "What happened to Haru?" I asked out of the blue. "Huh?? What do you mean?" He asked. He might sound confused by my question but nervousness was seen in his eyes. Why do they all look suspicious? I just shrugged it off and went back to scanning my phone. I kept on scrolling on IG but one particular post stopped me. It was posted by Axis. A box with a diamond ring with some rose gold in it. It was the same one we looked at when he bought me the diamond necklace. My tears started falling down but I brushed it off away scared that Ace might notice it. I shut of my phone and looked back at the movie he was watching.

"You still love him, don't you?" he asked as soon as the movie ended. "How am I suppose to know?" I said looking down at the ground. "I'm scared that I'll be hurt again. But I'm scared too that I may have the wrong assumptions about him. What if he really didn't cheat on me? What if it was only a set-up? What if he holds a grudge towards me? What I just become a part of his past now? What if he could only say I loved you?" I said as I broke down. Ace quickly ran over me and enveloped me into his embrace. "Shhh... It's going to be ok." He said trying to comfort me. "I always say that to myself yet nothing changes. No matter how much I try to move on, it was only the memories of him that went away. The pain remained at where it was." I said and let my tears fall into the carpet. Why won't the pain go away? No matter how much the scars heal, it will always leave a deep mark. I hope this pain end. How will this pain end? Is death always the answer to that? Is it always death that could remove all the pain that you keep? Well, what can I say, life itself is a good definition of pain.

HARUKO'S POV

We woke up early today and went to the venue. Everyone met up here. My parents my aunties and Everyone who joined the vacation. Basically, the Kang's and the Lee's. We decided to help Axis on making up with Sakura. This boy is really lucky.

"GUYS, Ace texted me." Hikaru shouted and everyone went near him. "What did he say?" Allie asked curiously. "Sakura is...breaking down again." Hikaru said and we all cursed under our breath. "Do you really think this plan will work? I mean if she's just going to hurt with all of this, let's just stop it." Axis said weakly. We all looked at him worried that at any point he might give up. "Thank you for your help but I think it's better if things remain to what they are now." He said. "Axis y..." he cuts me off and said "It's fine, Haruko. It'll be fine." He assured me. I can't do anything it was his choice. "I'm sorry I couldn't help. But make sure I'll be the first one you'll call whenever something is wrong ok?" I told him as I hold on to his shoulder. He just nodded and smiled then hugged me.

"We have to find her." I said coldly. "I can track her." Haru said as he showed as his phone. "Gotcha." I said as I grabbed Haru's phone and was about to head to my car but he stopped me. "Haruko, I'll just set up with her then we can catch her. It's safer that way." I just nodded and let him do his job.
