____No One's POV____
The snow fell gently onto the ground as class 1-a all gathered around in the common room. Well, not everyone. Katsuki Bakugo wasn't there, and neither was Shoto Todoroki. Those two never really celebrated Christmas with the class. Sometimes Todoroki will come down and say 'Merry Christmas' or 'happy new year' or some other holiday to everyone when he comes down, but Bakugo refuses to come down. He's never been a fan of the holidays. Especially Christmas. Mina knew Bakugo wouldn't come down and watch some Christmas movies with them, so she didn't budge.
Despite his rough exterior and his hatred for Christmas, he still tries to feed the class since he knows that they'll burn the dorms up before they even put food in the oven or on the stove. There are only 23 days left till Christmas, so he can enjoy the time while he has it, even if it means listening to everyone sing annoying Christmas carols.
Right about now would be the time when Katsuki would come down to make them dinner, but when Eijiro texted him and asked when dinner would be made, he told them to eat the leftovers or whatever. And that was that. Eijiro told the group; they all looked at each other and shrugged. While Todoroki knew this was going to be a disaster, one of them (meaning Denki) would cause the microwave to explode.
Shoto, on the other hand, felt okay with Christmas, I guess you could say. I mean, he's never really celebrated the 'joyful' holiday as people call it. He always trained despite whatever decorations his sister and brother would put up in the house to convince Enji to have a break.
Even then, he wouldn't get a break. He would train for hours on end. Even if it was thirty degrees out and snow was falling down. Endeavor always told the freezing cold boy that "It'll help strengthen your ice. Use your damn fireside to warm you up, boy!" Each time he would feel tears sting his eyes, but he'd continue as always. Usually, after training, Fuyumi and Natsou would come up and give him their presents that they got him when they could get away from their 'father.'
So when he came to UA, he was astonished to hear everyone get excited about Christmas and New Year. He actually had some sort of confused yet shocked expression on his face. The girls had to tell him that they would celebrate every holiday and they would decorate and do everything they could to make it fantastic or something like that. And he accepted that answer. Katsuki, on the other hand, heard himself groan out of annoyance.
In all honesty, he should've seen this coming. Izuku, along with all the girls and some of the boys, are incredibly festive when it comes to these things, so they always get different decorations each year.
_____________
Again Katsuki never took part in decorating the dorms, Christmas tree, rooms, etc. He only made the food, and then he would take a plate up to his room and eat alone. Sometimes he'd take some to his mom. Other times he'll just give her some flowers and tell her "Merry Christmas," and then he'll leave. It depends, really. He knows he's gonna have to deal with it someday, and he sure as hell knows that he's going to have to tell someone too. But that day won't come any time soon.
As the snow fell to the ground, Katsuki sat next to his window, arms crossed, legs resting on his bed, and chair leaning back. He watched the small frozen crystals form different shapes and sizes, from small ones to more giant crystals and flakes. He could hear everyone downstairs laughing and having fun. Taking a bite of his leftover Katsudon that Deku had requested one day, he sighs deeply and sets the bowl down.
Taking a swig of his water, he gulps it down and walks over to his bathroom. Turning the water on and turning the knob to hot, he waits for the water to heat up. While it's heating up, he walks over to his dresser and pulls out some underwear and pants.
A black long sleeve shirt laid underneath his red flannel pajama pants. Once the water warmed up, he did the usual things anybody would do in a shower. Shampooing and conditioning his hair. Washing his face, his body, and then drying off once the water is off. It was like a habitual thing for him. He always took showers before bed.
Always set his alarm for 5:30 in the morning and still laid out his uniform the night before. He would go to bed at precisely 8:30 sometimes, and other times he'd go to bed a little later. Then he'd wake up at 5:30, change into his workout clothes, make some eggs, go for a run, and all that jazz. Then take a shower, get ready for the day, and by 6:45, he'd be back in the kitchen with breakfast being made and coffee as well.
Every morning he would make something different for the class. It was always by request of the friends he called 'extras.' And halfway through, when he's cooking breakfast, everyone would come swarming into the common room and smell the deliciousness being created in the kitchen. If someone didn't like the food that a person requested, he would tell them to "Eat the leftover breakfast they had the day before." and they would, and each time it tasted just as good as the day before if not then better. Once everyone ate, he would leave and make his way to the classroom.
He was sort of like the parent of the dorms. When Aizawa wasn't there, he was the parental figure for everyone. Always made sure they were up and ready by 7:00 am and made sure they were in bed by 10:00 pm if not at ten then at 11:00 pm no acceptions. He always made sure they ate and were at school in the classroom by 7:15 and had the right textbooks for that block day.
Shoto had picked up these small little things by the end of his first year. He loved it and probably wouldn't admit until he was on his deathbed. And yet every single time, he would give a small smile at the ash blonde and thank him when the ash-blonde fixed his tie when it was crooked.
Each time the blonde would grunt out a very quiet yet flustered 'your welcome' and walk off. Who knows, maybe this Christmas won't be as lonely for the dual-haired male. Maybe he'll have a person to spend it with.
