Shugo Chara: Ikuto x Reader

Ch. 7: The Hospital Chase

I awoke with a major headache.
And I was suddenly aware of my surroundings. White walls, one door, one medical cart, my Shugo Charas staring down at me, and one window... With a crazy person looking at my Shugo Charas.
I slid out of the hospital gown, which was on top of my clothes, and looked to him fearfully.
He smiled manically. "I was sent by Sensei Sensei." He yelled. "He would like to experiment right now, so come with me willingly... Or things get ugly."
"Let's go!" I yelled at my Shugo Charas. We made like bananas and split.
I heard the window shatter, and glass falling to the floor. His laughter followed me everywhere.
"Aine," I called.
"Here!" She yelled back.
"Setsuna!" I said.
"Right here!" She said.
"Chi-chan!""
"PRESENT!" She cried enthusiastically.
"Why are you happy at a time like this?!" I snapped.
She shrugged with a smile.
I rolled my eyes and took a left.
It took me a few moments to register that the hospital was empty. No doctors, no patients, no one except me, the Shugo Charas, and the crazy man behind us.
"Where are we?" I asked the girls.
"Some hospital that the superintendent sent us to." Setsuna answered.
"Alone?" I snapped.
"Alone!" Aine agreed.
I cussed inwardly. Why the heck would I be sent to a hospital... An empty one, ALONE?!?!
I tripped over a wire that was on the floor. I tumbled to the ground, and just kept rolling... Down a set of stairs... That some how got in the way.
'I need to be more careful,' I thought.
I had tears in my eyes as I stood up. Ouch, ouch, ouch... Was all I felt as I ran again.
"Oi, _______-chan, daijoubu?" Aine asked.
"Hai, I'm fine!" I answered. "Do any of you know where the exit is?"
"Hmmm.... I recall one being on the- look out!" Setsuna cried.
I smashed heads with SOMEONE and landed underneath SOMEONE. If you can tell by the capitals... You might know who I speak of...
"Ikuto-san!" I cried.
"WTH?!?!" He snapped. "That really hurt!"
"Gomen..." I started.
"I've got you now!" The man said.
Ikuto pushed himself off me and stood, turning to the guy, who still pressed on.
I cringed as I tried to stand.

Ikuto thrust out a hand, keeping me behind his back.

"What do you want?" he snapped.

"Keep out of this, brat. The girl is mine." The man answered. "My sensei requested for her."

Ikuto made a clicking noise with his tongue. "Well... you sensei can kiss my (censored), cause you're not getting her." Ikuto snapped. "Plus, the girl's mine..."

'Ikuto,' I thought, overjoyed.

"I need a place to stay." He finished.

'WHY?!?!?!' I thought again, finding hard not to laugh or cry in this situation. (A/N: I'm laughing right now)

THe man launched himself at Ikuto, who simply kicked him where no man wants to be kicked. The guy cried out, dropping to the floor, rolling back and forth in pain.

Ikuto snickered. (A/N: that devil!) I looked at the man with a mixture of  fear and anger. "Hear this, ya (censored), cause I'm not goig to say this twice." I took a deep breath. "You can tell Sensei Sensei, that whatever he has in mind, it ain't gonna work on me! You can also tell the old geeser that I'm going to go back into his secret laboratory and kick him where Ikuto-san has just kicked you if he tries to use me to hust my friends. You got that?"

He nodded, and ran for his life. Very smart of him, cause if he didn't... I had a feeling that Ikuto was going to hurt him even more.

Ikuto turned to me. "I didn't think you had the guts to tel him that." His face turned serious. "Now, who is this Sensei Sensei?"

****Time Skip, a few minutes later****

"So, in short, you're the one the scientist wants to experiment on and once all four of you Shugo Charas hatch, he's going to take you away, then use whatever he used on you... on me and the others?" Ikuto asked. We were in the lobby of the empty hospital, sitting on couches that were opposite of each other.

"That's right," I answered.

"Let me see that other egg." He said, holding a hand out.

I gave him my last egg, the one with loopty loops.

He held it out to Yoru, who smelled it, then, whispered something into his ear.

Ikuto nodded, handing the egg back to me. I took it back.

"Yoru said soemthing about exercise. So," He picked me up bridal style, making me flush hundreds of shades of red and pink. "Lay off walking and running and P.E. for awhile, ne?"

I nodded, unable to meet his gaze. "Hai."

he smiled. "Good girl, now, lead the way to your apartment and make me something to eat when we get there."

The blushing stopped, and I glared at him. "What do I look like to you, a maid?!?!"

He grimaced as he walked down the street. "Chotto, who's the one carrying you to your house? You're not the one doig all the heavy lifting!"

"I'm not heavy!" I yelled.

And, that part is finished. Sorry it took so long. On my iPad, the draft kept deleting on it's own and I just gave up and started to type it on my laptop. And, for my newest Mikaze Ai x Reader... I'm so grateful to whoever reported that really mean comment... I just don't know why that person posted that rude comment... It kinda brought me down into the dumps, wondering if my writing is good... -_-... But, enough of that, I thank the person who reported that comment, and STAY TUNED!! (PS, I'm done with ISEE and HSPT testing. So, instead of studing every free moment I have, I'll be contributing it to Wattpad and reading!)
