Chapter 9: WAEC PROBLEMS?

WAEC starts on Monday and the school that is meant to write the examination with us are arriving today, for their mock examination with us and sitting arrangement and all those shit not like I am complaining but I dont like crowdy places, presently I am in the library with my friends also with Zainab and her friends we are quizzing ourselves. The bell rang so we ran to the hall. The other school is already present and so guys are looking at Zainab like she is some candy they would like to lick pissing me off. I glared at them but especially at the boy she is currently laughing with. My friends sensed my anger and whispered to me to calm down that the guy no reach. Okay I dont like this, I walked up to them to get my girl from there and I overheard him saying wow youve become more beautiful I am jealous of your boyfriend. Touching her arms oh I there you are where did you run off to? I said with a tight smile addressing Zainab, she smiled and then introduced me to the dude Ekene meet Chukwuka my Her boyfriend and thank you I am truly lucky, arent I? I looked at her with a smile. Zainab just smiled and dragged me away from the Ekene boy. What do you think you are doing? who is your girlfriend? I laughed and dragged her to me You pretty lady are my girlfriend and I dont like to share so tell your new friend that what? When did we start dating?

Zainabs POV

I walked up to my girls what is it Kessy? Amanda asked me, since she found out that my other name was Kesiana she started calling me Kessy even though I have told her not to call me that but she didnt stop. After the mock examination I was outside waiting for Chukwuka to come so we can go over our answers together, when Ekene walked up to me Hi, pretty lady whats up? he asked me Oh hi Ekene I am good the paper was okay and yours? before he could reply Chukwuka ran up to me Zainab, I wrote well I hugged him. Goddamit he is my best friend I like him way too much God help me. That is nice Chuks, Bye Ekene I waved at Ekene. We went to the canteen close to school and went over our paper and we did well, we bought food and ate and walked back to school, we decided to wait for the rest. Dumebi and Amanda came arguing on the exam we just wrote, while Sharon was sympathising with Tunde or better still trying to calm him down and reassure him that he did not do to bad in the Mock examination. Okay, so guys when are we going to gather to study the WAEC on Monday since we are Mathematics and Literature for both of you I said pointing at both Sharon and Amanda. We walked out of the school building waiting to board our buses home. Entering the house, I heard Tega in the Kitchen. Oh my God that is not good because that means something would soon to be burnt. Hey Zainab I am cooking Spaghetti you want some? We sat down and ate the food he cooked which is a surprise because it mostly gets burnt. After eating I walked into my room and saw a message from our group chat. I replied it and we all made plans for our study tomorrow int my house.
