Harry: Sick after a Fight (4)

We arrived home just after a few minutes, and I put Harry's things in the house first, then went out to help him.

"Do you want the bed or the couch?" I asked him.

"Bed please." I nodded and helped him to our bedroom and laid him down. I took his pants off so I could finally clean his little cut.

"This might sting a little, but it needs to be cleaned." He nodded and I could see his face grimace when I cleaned it with the alcohol pad. I placed a bandaid over it and put him in his sweatpants. He doesn't sleep with a shirt, so I took it off. I went to leave him, but he tugged on my shirt.

"Can we cuddle? I miss you." I smiled and nodded. I got in beside him and put his head on my chest. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I started rubbing his back.

"I'm sorry Haz. I shouldn't have yelled at you like that. I didn't know you were sick, I swear." I said.

"I know." He adjusted so he could look at me. "It's okay. I know you get angry when you drink, so it's really my-"

"No Harry. It's not your fault. Don't ever think it's your fault, okay?" He nodded. "You know Liam told me that you wouldn't let him call me last night because you didn't want him waking me. You care about me even if you're mad at me."

"Of course. I'd care about you no matter the circumstances. Liam was fine with taking care of me."

"I know but it doesn't make me feel any less guilty."

"Yes but I forgive you. Can we just sleep?" I nodded and turned of the lamp on the side table. We both fell asleep in minutes.

Harry got better a few days later and eventually told Louis that he wanted to hang out with him, not just for work. Louis dropped his friends and went down to hanging out with them a couple times a month, instead of every weekend. Harry and Louis now went on dates every 2 weeks and eventually made it a rule to go out every 2 weeks, no matter how difficult their schedules made it seem like they couldn't.
