A/N: This came to me in a dream no joke. Also inspired by some other Larry books I've read. Hope you enjoy it!

This is the first time I'm writing with Zayn included, so yay for me! If you don't know, I don't like to write about Zayn cause it's just my personal preference and I don't like to talk about why, so if you have an issue you can message me personally. Just go along with it and enjoy!

Harry POV

"Li? You can go on break now!" I called out to Liam, a fellow coworker of mine. He was working in the ER and I was going to fill in for him while he went on break.

Me and Liam have been friends for ages, dating all the way back to high school, which after med school and residency, is almost 10 years ago. We had this small group in high school that consisted of me, Liam, Niall, Zayn, Louis, Nick, and Stan. We were very close, that is until we started having relationships within each other.

Liam and Zayn were the ones to get together first, but honestly they didn't cause any problems and they are now engaged and working in the same hospital. Me, Liam and Zayn all went through medical school together, so our friendship is quite close.

Niall went off on his own accord, but we found out he became a nurse and works with us at the ER as well. It was nice to reconnect with him after a while.

Nick, Stan and Louis all moved on and kind of left us in the dust and to be honest I haven't seen them since high school graduation. I did have a bit of a crush on Louis, but once he left and never contacted us, I knew it was over. I'm still single now, but I'm honestly okay with that.

"Thanks mate! Niall is discharging someone and then I think he wants to see you." I nodded and headed to the nursing station as it was a quiet night at the moment. I waited for about 5 minutes until Niall came out of one of the private rooms, a mother and daughter following him.

"Alright you guys are all set. Make sure your cast stays dry okay Daisy?" Niall said. The young girl nodded as she sucked on her lollipop. The mom thanked Niall and the duo left; Niall made his way over to me.

"What's up Haz?" He said, hitting my shoulder.

"Well I-" He was interrupted by a cry out in pain. We were both standing close to the ER entrance and when I looked at Niall, he nodded, giving us both permission to go investigate.

We headed outside the entrance and carefully looked around. The cry happened again, so I motioned to Niall to follow me, as I heard it coming from the direction closest to me.

As I turned the corner to where the alleyway was, I thought my eyes were deceiving me, yet Niall must have seen the person as well as he was the first one to call out to them.

"Louis?" He said and I was still standing in shock to think that it was actually Louis in front of me. My high school crush from almost 10 years ago. Then it hit me that he was crying out in pain, meaning that he was most likely hurt.

"Niall?" He said, muffling another cry out in pain. I stepped closer to try and see what possibly was hurting him, but his face said it all.

Besides for his piercing blue eyes that could make anyone melt just by looking at them, he had two huge bruises on each side of his face. His left eye was almost swollen shut and his lip was split open.

"Harry! Get over here." Niall said suddenly and Louis must have just noticed me.

"Oh my gosh, Harry? How the-" He cut himself off by screaming out when Niall went over to help him.
