Greenleaf is just trying to be a good warrior and live up to the expectations of his Clanmates, but his brother, Redpool, keeps soaking in all the attention. Greenleaf has put up with his brother since they were kits, but he is becoming increasingly frustrated by Redpool's cocky attitude. The last straw is pulled when Redpool is made deputy after the brothers have been warriors for only four moons. Greenleaf just wants his Clanmates to notice that he's alive, so when a cat shrouded in shadow visits him in a dream and tells him how he can get revenge of his brother, he is all too eager to listen.
