Yes, Love

Jasmine's POV

I woke up to a steady beeping.

Beeping?

The last thing I remember was getting picked up by Harry when the plane landed.

A massive headache started to cause all this pain in my head.

I abruptly opened my eyes and looked down and saw that I was in a hospital room.

I was hooked to so many monitors, I had an IV in my hand, again. I wasn't wearing a hospital gown, it was like a cheap set of Scarlett scrubs, it wasn't a normal thin, crappy hospital gown.

I touched my face and felt a cannula under my nose. I ripped it out of my nose and took it off, setting it beside me.

I looked at the person who was on a tablet at the foot of my bed.

I looked around the hospital room, seeing it nothing like the rooms at AHI.

"Ah, Ms. Korasick. You're awake."

I have no idea who this random person is.

"Oh pardon me. Introductions first, I'm Mr. Ross, director and chief of London's private hospital; where we currently are."

"Where's Harry?"

"Sleeping in the attending's lounge, but I'm sure he'll be here shortly when he gets the page."

"What happened?"

"Your brain swelled on the flight over, that's why you were admitted. Harry was worried that your brain swelled and he couldn't wake you so he wanted to run a scan. And that's why you're here, you're hooked to fluids and oxygen, and being monitored."

I nodded my head and then closed my eyes, hoping this throbbing in my head would go away.

"Do you have a headache?" Mr. Ross asked.

"Yeah, it's painful, like throbbing."

I heard a door open but didn't open my eyes, just thinking that Mr. Ross left.

"Jasmine?"

I opened my eyes, I know that voice.

Harry.

"You need to put that cannula in back now." He said as he walked closer to my bed, showing that he changed into a set of scrubs and had just woken up, his hair looked like a rats nest, it was such a mess.

Harry grabbed the cannula and helped me put it back in, him adjusting it behind my ear, as he tucked hair behind my ear.

"Harry, I have a headache."

"I'm sure you do, that plane ride over was not the best idea. That's why you need oxygen and these fluids."  He said, motioning to my IV and walking over to a cabinet.

"You were millimeters from being put into a coma and getting a shunt. That's how bad it was. If you ever need to go back to the states, I'm coming with you."

I didn't know it was that serious. All I have is a headache.

"But you'll be okay, you have the best neurosurgeon in all of London." Harry said as he walked over to me with a the capsule part of a needle without the actual needle, connecting it to my IV.

"Get some sleep. I'll check in with you in the morning, and if the swelling goes down significantly, I'll discharge you."

Harry said as he walked towards the door, getting ready to leave, but I stopped him.

"Harry?"

"Yes, love."

"Come lay with me."
