The woman hissed in anger rolling up her window before driving away from the two. Shinsou lifted his head up softly, smiling that He was now staying with his hero, "Present Mic?" He asked quietly, feeling his voice coming back. Hizashi Turning his attention over to them, Hizashi smiled softly as well, quirking a dark-hued brow upwards. "Hm?" He responded, curious to know what they were wanting to say. Shinsou messed with his fingers and made a sign saying Thank you. He hoped he understood sign language cause his throat was hurting badly to speak, especially he hasn't been speaking properly for months. Watching the motion of the boy's fingers carefully, they managed a warm smile; It didn't take him much time to decipher the movement, as to him, It was second nature. "No problem kiddo," He whispered, hugging them to his chest, but making sure his hold wasn't too tight or confining. Walking slowly, but keeping at least one eye open for any more danger, as they made their way to the train station. Shinsou gave Hizashi a bright smile before yawning, he rubbed his eyes and laid his head down on the man's chest. Feeling exhausted. He closed his eyes and soon fell asleep. Returning a similar smile of his own, Hizashi relaxed, as they walked the path home; Listening to the boy yawn for a moment, and then taking note, as they passed out against his chest. "Sleep well, little listener.." He whispered, and then began humming the same tune from earlier In the night, while the boy slept.

(Time passed)

Exhaling silently, Hizashi stepped forward, nudging his front door open, after making sure his keys wouldn't jingle and disturb Shinsou's rest; After almost two, seemingly endless hours, Hizashi was finally back at his apartment. It wasn't too much, but wasn't too shabby either, In terms of condition or size; It was, originally, a three bedroom apartment, with a decent sized connected living room and kitchen space. A small bathroom, placed just behind the first door down the hall. The two remaining bedrooms, right across from one another, while the third connected to the living room, had been converted Into a home office and studio. Once stepping through the door, Hizashi hung his keys on a hook, and carefully kicked off his rain speckled boots, leaving his umbrella hanging from a hat rack, after closing It up. He then headed for the couch, so that they could carefully set Shinsou down for a few moments. Shinsou whines at the loss of touch but went back to sleep once he felt the softness of the couch. hearing the child whine, Hizashi paused a few steps from the couch, leaning over to make sure they were okay, before they continued their usual routine; When they settled down again, Hizashi relaxed, and went about his usual after arrival tasks. Cleaning anything off his hero uniform, after peeling It from his skin; Then showering, to clean his body and hair, drying off and then getting Into some comfier clothing. A process, which took an hour or so, In of Itself. While Hizashi went about those tasks, something else seemed to approach Shinsou, with a curious but quiet sound; a light paw, touching the boy's uninjured arm, as It sniffed his hair. One thing Hizashi forgot to mention, was that they had a cat. Shinsou groaned, not liking to be bothered, He felt the small touch on him as he opened his eyes slowly. "Mm..?" He sat up rubbing his eyes before looking at the cat in front of him. "H-Hello." The feline seemed to back peddle slightly; It's yellow-green eyes, seemingly curious, as It continued to sniff at him. It was a mostly white, and rather lanky looking, oriental short-hair; Though, It did have some patches of a more yellow or orange color, on Its legs that made It look like they were wearing socks. There was also a spot sitting on the bridge of Its nose. The feline gave more of a honk, rather than a mow, In greeting to Shinsou's 'hello'. A red collar around the cat's neck, with tag reading, 'Goose'. Shinsou looked at the cat's collar sounding out it's name. "H-Hello...G-Goose?" He said finding the cat's name weird. In response to their name, the feline almost seemed to smile, while giving the boy another honk-like meow, louder than the last one. The feline seemed comfortable with their presence already, as It moved closer to Shinsou, and nuzzled the boy's hand gently. A soft chuckle, leaving someone's lips from the entrance of the hallway; Hizashi was standing there, with his hair down, and wearing a pair of sweats and t-shirt, as they looked at the feline through less odd looking glasses. "You bothering our guest already, ya little honker?" He teased, walking over and stroking the cats head, as they wandered Into the kitchen. Again, the feline gave a weird meow In response. Shinsou watched the cat leave him, tilting his head in confusion. He heard of a cat meowing but never heard a cat honk before. He bothered not to question about it and looked around the area in amazement. Humming gently, as the feline followed Hizashi Into the kitchen, Hizashi went to open their fridge; though, didn't look up from peering Inside the chilling rectangle appliance, as they spoke. "Sorry about him, little listener; He tends to be overly affectionate with everyone, and can't seem to go two seconds without attention." He laughed gently. Tilting his head, to glance over his shoulder, as they pulled a few things from the fridge.
