Dixie decided to walk to the next door on the left, since she heard a noise coming from the laundry room. Max might be in there She thought to herself, and she stepped inside.

"Honey...are you in there?" She said out loud, as she looked around the room.

"What my sweetness," Max said to his wife with a kind voice.

"I hollered for you, but you didn't answer me and I was scared, that something happened to you," Dixie said back to him with a crackly voice.

"No baby, I'm outside looking around," he said back to her with a sigh.

"Okay, I'll be out there in a second," She said back to him and hung her phone up. She put her phone back in her pocket, before grabbing two beers out of the refrigerator and headed outside.

"Okay, but it doesn't make sense," She said back to her husband with a dumbfounded look on her face.

"We saw her in town," Dixie continue to say to him was confusion.

"I know, but I don't know why I'm seeing her here for," Max said to his wife with a worried look on his face.

"Let's not worry about it, she's not hurting anyone except the bruise on your face," She said to him with a kind voice.
