It's so fucking tense sitting inside the truck, all four of us facing one another but the events back in Toronto still weighing heavily on our minds. We're only two hours behind from the time Charlotte and Wren were in the air, we got the first flight out of the city but things are still fucking tense.

My head still aches and I'd prefer to sleep this headache off but I know I couldn't stay home without trying to help rescue Charlotte. The only thing I'm thankful for is that Kerri didn't do a single thing to Oli, just left him to sleep before knocking me out.

"We're almost reaching the villa, you four will be looking for the hostages, correct?" the driver shouts over the loud engine.

"Yes, we'll be splitting up to look for them, Marcos you already have some of your people keeping an eye on the villa right?" Rhett questions as he checks his gun for bullets.

"Yes, they've been keeping an eye for the last three hours but they said it looks like something big is happening tonight. I'm waiting to hear back from the one that's currently infiltrated inside," Marcos, the Spaniard sergeant answers. The truck stops roughly one-hundred feet away from the villa and we don't see a single soul guarding the villa, as if they fucking expected we'd never be here. I open the door, my boots landing on dirt as the other three pile out. Behind us three more trucks stop with soldiers both from Canada and Spain hopping out.

"Jax, Cody, Rhett and I will take one section of the villa, we'll leave the other two you," I tell the two of them. There's no fucking way I'm leaving either of them with Rhett when for sure one of them is bound to blow up on him. He wasn't supposed to come with us, they wanted to suspend him from the operation once his team found out the truth but I negotiated with his superiors that he at least works this last job before having to face any type of penalty.

"You have everything you need?" I ask turning to face him.

"Multiple handcuffs, extra bullets and a gun; I'm good to go," he tells me and I nod my head.

"Marcos we're moving out, we'll leave the rest to you," I tell him as we jog towards the villa. Besides rescuing Charlotte and Wren, I'm also on the hunt for Kerri. I want to arrest her myself, seeing her in cuffs that I'll personally slap onto her wrist.

"Why haven't you said anything to me yet about what happened," I hear Rhett ask as we close in on the villa.

"Did you expect I'd have the same reaction as those two? Think for a moment if I'm not angry, what am I feeling?" I answer as we press against the wall, quietly going alongside the building until we come across a side door.

"I know, I'm fucking pissed at myself. I feel like it's my fault they were taken," he says, his face filled with anguish. I turn to face him, my hand clasping his shoulder.

"Listen, when this is all over, maybe you should reach out to Charlotte, make amends with her since she'll be the one most affected by this. For now focus on the task at hand," I say in a strict voice.

"Got it," he replies. My ears pick up a loud moan that breaks out around the corner in front of us and I have to hold back rolling my eyes at the fact one of these criminals is having sex right out in the open. We turn the corner and why am I not surprised at the sight in front of us. Kerri being held up against the wall by a man who is balls deep inside of her. Her eyes widen when she sees me, my gun pointed straight at her and the man, my face cold as I look at them.

"Pick up your fucking pants and get away from one another," Rhett drawls as he orders them to separate. "And don't even think of trying to run, I'll fucking shoot."
