Author's Note:

I literally HATE this chapter oh my goddddd. I'm so sorry btw for taking like an entire week but it's almost finals week so everything has been reallyyy hectic. I'm sorry if you don't like this chapter, I've been pretty stumped all week on how to change up the story a bit, so I hope you enjoy what I came up with!

Sofia Snape's POV

I woke up with the most awful banging sensation in my head and my eyes were too sensitive with the presence of the sun's bright light. But as soon as I finally opened my eyes completely, I was left confused. I looked around, seeing the dark green furniture with silver linings all around. Whose room was I in?

And then it hit me. Everything that happened last night came rushing back, and for some reason I felt weird about it. I couldn't tell if I felt guilty, or angry at myself- it was an emotion I just couldn't understand. Reaching over to my side, I noticed Draco was gone. His imprint was still left on the sheets, but I felt almost...upset at the fact that he couldn't even bother to stay with me until I woke up.

I got dressed in last night's clothes, with my heels in my hands and prayed to Merlin Blaise wouldn't be outside this fucking door to catch me doing the walk of shame. I cracked the door open slightly, only enough for my eye to be seen, and peeked around the corner. As soon as the last slytherin boy left the hall, I quickly made my way back up to my dorm, but was stopped by an oddly familiar, high-pitched voice that immediately annoyed me.

"Ahh, the slut strikes again. Who'd you fuck this time?" I knew right away the voice belonged to Pansy. I turned around to meet her smug, compressed face, contorting slowly into an annoying smirk.

"Awhh did you set out camp out here or something? Just waiting for me to come out? Did you knock on every single door last night and just sleep on the cold, dirty floor where you belong  since no one let you in?" I slowly walked towards her, completely forgetting the rush I was in. "Or maybe... you're just trying to find out the guy I fucked last night so you can fuck them too. Fan behavior if you ask me. I bet you'd fuck that troll Flint if you could."

Before she could open her mouth to respond, both of our attention was taken by Blaise coming out of his dorm. He shifted his gaze between the both of us, and smirked at Pansy. "Don't worry Sofia's not dating anyone at the moment. I'll let you know when she does though, so you can shag him too." I giggled at him. It was amazing how he defended me without any hesitation. No one would ever do that for me at Beauxbatons. He led me out to the common room, and before I could go up the stairs to my room, he grabbed my hand. "Sof, I'm sorry about last night."

"You didn't do anything wrong, Blaise." I reassured him with a quick smile, and I noticed his smile as he looked down at his shoes. I grabbed his hand, causing him to glance back into my eyes. "Thank you, by the way."

"For what?" His eyebrows furrowed into a look of confusion.

"For everything. For being there for me, helping me get Adrian off my mind, for-" He cut me off by pulling me into a tight embrace, resting his head on top of mine. I felt so comfortable in his warmth, until a sudden rush of sadness coursed through my entire body. He made me feel vulnerable- and I knew he wouldn't judge me for anything. I felt tears pricking at my eyes as I remembered the way Adrian treated me, and decided to pull myself away before completely breaking in front of everyone in the crowded common room. Everyone was leaving for breakfast and I had to get ready so I didn't look suspicious for spending the night with Draco.

"Who's the lucky guy? I'm offended it wasn't me." I giggled at his smugness as I playfully shoved him, trying my hardest not to seem even slightly suspicious. He put his hands up in surrender and smirked back at me.
