Sorry this chapter took a bit longer to finish, I've been a bit busy today. This one is more of a filler chapter, but it's necessary for the next chapter! Adrian Pucey's POV

It can't be. He's my best friend, he wouldn't do that to me. Draco likes easy girls, and she's definitely not easy. A sense of worry escaped, as I convinced myself nothing could have possibly happened between them.

Malfoy brushed past the both of us, and Sofia became evidently less uneasy. She always seemed uncomfortable around him.

"Would you mind it if we started the tour now? I realized I still have to unpack."

"Not at all, I have no idea where the dormitories are, so this is perfect timing." She let out a soft sigh, seemingly grateful for my presence. The light breeze pushed her hair out of her face, allowing me to fully grasp her beauty. Her eyes sparkled as she looked up into mine, but she suddenly began to shudder.

Sofia Snape POV

"Are you cold?" Adrian's concern was so adorable.

I gasped as another breeze brushed by, and before I could answer, he was already taking off his sweater.

"Oh Adrian, you really don't have to! I already have one on." I was internally screaming- this boy is so sweet.

"Here, take that one off, and wear this one. It's much thicker than yours, I promise."

"Already trying to undress me on the first date, Adrian?" I smirked at him. He became so nervous, chuckling as he fidgeted with his rings. He tried to respond, but seemed way too flustered. I grabbed his hand, altering his focus and pulled it out of his view as I ran to a new corridor. I looked up as it was filled with miraculous staircases. They were moving. Holy shit i've heard about them from my father, but they're way more impressive in person.

With his hand still entwined in mine, I pulled him up the first staircase I could set my sight on. But running up them, they began moving quickly. It felt amazing-like I was flying. The air brushed past my hair, and before I knew it, I was stumbling- trying desperately to find balance.

Adrian pulled me into his arms, practically howling at my clumsiness. My chest was still rising quickly until I had finally emerged from my state of utter shock. I picked myself out of his grasp, and hit him on the shoulder.

"You think me almost dying is amusing, don't you?" The corner of my lips began turning upwards into a smirk. I couldn't stay mad at him.

He pulled me back in his arms, leaving his hands rested on my waist. "Soo dramatic. Almost like Malfoy."

I broke into giggles before he finished as if I knew exactly what he was going to say. "Hey, I'm not that bad."

He took my hands in his as our fingers intertwined. I could feel his rings leaving dents on my fingers as his grip hardened. He led me up several staircases until we finally got into the slytherin common room. Our endless giggles filled the room, and it felt like neither of us had a single care in the world. It seemed like this was our world- and everyone else was just living in it.

After our laughs ceased, I looked up to see him staring into my eyes, not losing focus. The tension continued increasing as I noticed him diverting his attention to my lips.
