The lights of the hall suddenly turned on which made me woke up from my sleep. I sat down and leaned back on the chair to see my surroundings. Someone suddenly walked down the aisle of the staircase. I can tell she was looking for something that made her look around the seats.
Till I realized it's the same person from yesterday. Her bangs were so familiar with a girl in the infirmary I was in that day. She quickly took something and silently rushed out from the sports hall. It's the same person since she has the bandage still, on her right palm.
She closed back the lights and I just sat there, dazing off. She probably didn't see me at all since I'm all the way located at the highest row of seats. I opened my phone and sighed.
39 missed calls and 57 messages from Harin
I forgot about eating lunch with her and it's too late to catch her up. I closed my phone and went out of the room to class. "Where were you from? Harin has been crying the entire lunchtime" Hendery whispered to me when I reached the classroom. I just nod off, knowing how much of a sensitive person she is. Hendery blurted out of laughter and I continued laying my head on my table.
"Baby!!! Where'd you go? Were you with other girls?" I swear, I can hear her loud ass voice from afar. I raised my head while she walked towards me.
"I wasn't with other girls. I just had a stomachache" I lied and didn't lie. She squats and looks at me. "Are you sure?" I nod and I just pat her head and she left to her group of friends afterward.
All she asked was just to clarify if I'm seeing other girls other than her but not once about me. I put my head back on the desk and Hendery continued while combing my hair "Sleep can wait. Study first" I quickly sat up and opened my books to study while Hendery started laughing his ass off by seeing me.
4.24 pm
"You're not going home?" I asked my girlfriend who was standing outside of the washroom with her friends. "I have training," She said, in her low voice. I nod and when I was about to walk away, she tightly gripped my wrist.
"You're not going to watch me play?" She asked. I don't know if I should but I really want to study at home. "I will. For you" I stopped and said, forcing myself to attend her training so she could stop blabbering.
"I'll come around 5.30. I'm going to eat out with Hendery now" I said while patting her head. Hendery who was standing beside me the entire time then started talking after we walked away.
"I can't believe you're putting her first when you don't even want to" Hendery knew me well enough than myself. "You know what will happen if I don't listen to her, right?" I sighed and Hendery quickly snapped. "Just break up. It's for your good, don't you think so?" It's easy for him to say but deep down, I really can't stand it anymore.
We entered a cafe and ate lunch while chatting about our life and future. "I don't even know what I actually want to work as. My life is just completely clueless" I stated after we finished eating.
"Well, you wanted to sing and you already have that opportunity. So, just go for it" Hendery replied to me. "They emailed me and told me that I can already start training anytime. I don't know if I'm doing the right thing" I said while taking a sip of my latte.
"Don't waste any more time. They'll still allow you to go to school. Just go in as soon as possible. Take it while you still can" He continued, and I nod.
Mom probably wouldn't want this idea since I won't have any more time to patch things up with a school that's from morning till the evening most of the time and piano classes that are always on Thursday and Friday nights.
6.43 pm
I opened the door to the sports hall, only to realized they're packing things up. It was raining so heavily outside that it took me so long to be back in school, not getting drenched.
I sat at the same place I was at this morning and watched the girls cleaning the court. I looked around for my girlfriend and found her talking to a girl. I just watched them talking until they started screaming at each other. The other students left the court that makes only both of them there, quarreling.
I can't just sit back and relax before anything else could happen. My girlfriend then suddenly started pulling the person's hair and slapped her face. I rushed out of the door and ran downstairs to stopped her before she could start anything worst. Harin isn't someone like this. Why would she do that?
I ran towards Harin and she started crying on my chest. I don't understand why would she cry when she wasn't the one that gets her hair pulled or slapped. I really want to remove her away but it's too tough. The other girl then ran out of the hall.
"Mind explaining what happened?" I asked Harin. All she does is just cry which made me too annoyed from seeing her like this. "It's okay. I saw everything. Even if you're not at fault, you have no right to torture her, Harin" I didn't hesitate.
"I'm getting too tired of you. We're done" I continued and she cried even more. Before Harin can stop me from leaving her like always, I quickly rushed out to find the person she hurt. I looked around the hallway but there's not a single shadow.
I ran out of the school entrance and realized that she's already far away, walking underneath the heavy rain. I'm in dilemma. I don't know if I should run to her and apologize on behalf Harin's act or should I just not do anything.
It's raining too heavily and I don't even dare to walk up to the person. I took out my phone and texted my driver to fetch me home since I should be home by now before mom got home.
