I've decided to keep the 3rd person in but just change up the amount of POV and 3rd person depending on what's happening in that part.

𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐮 𝐏𝐎𝐕 I woke up to a door with a keycard lock on it. After blinking a few times to try and wake myself up, I then remembered that me and (y/n) were staying in the hospital.
'Wait, (y/n)!'
I quickly turned to see if (y/n) was there.
When I saw them asleep facing my direction, I sighed a breath of relief. Their pure white hair cascaded around their sleeping face, and their calm expression was uplifting to say the least.

I checked the clock on the table

Good. I still have time to have a shower and try to clean my clothes a bit.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐎𝐕 Getting up, I was reminded that I was in the mental hospital.
I opened my eyes to see Shirous empty bed.
A slight wave of panic hit me until I realised I heard the tap running in the bathroom
I sighed heavily as I really thought something happened to Shirou.
He seems to be the only thing keeping me sane at the moment.
I decided I was going to go and brush my teeth before I did anything else.
Walking into the bathroom drearily, I saw Shirou standing there brushing his teeth. Great, this won't be awkward at all...

He noticed I was standing still, watching him. He moved his head slightly to look at me, which made him stop brushing his teeth.
Washing his mouth out with water, Shirou then gracefully turned in one swift movement to face me full on.
