I walked into the Burrow, immediately being wrapped in its warm scent. It smelled like what home should really smell like instead of chalk and leather. Everyone started grabbing snacks off the table while Molly announced sleeping arrangements.

"Alright! Harry, you'll be in Ron's room with him. Hermione, you're with Ginny. Eden you'll be in Ch... Bill's old room," she stuttered. She smiled sheepishly and I smiled back at her. Thank god I didn't have to stay in that prick's room.

We started bringing our stuff up, but Fred insisted he should carry my trunk for me. He struggled to lift the luggage and bring it up the stairs, huffing dramatically when he set it down.

"Merlin, what do you have in there?" He asked, hands on his knees to catch his breath.

"Everything I need for the summer. I have all my clothes, shoes, shower stuff, and boxing equipment."

"You put your bag in there?" He asked, eyes open wide.

"Of course. Why wouldn't I?" He looked bewildered and dropped onto the bed.

"You're a woman of wonder Eden May," he said, beckoning me over. I laid next to him and planted a quick kiss on his cheek.

"As are you Fred Weasley."

"I'm a woman of wonder? Does that make you a lesbian?" He chuckled looking down at me.

"If that's how you want to think of it," I laughed. Such a joker. "So... when do I get my surprise?" I asked in a sing song voice, walking my fingers up his chest.

"Alright alright let's go." I clapped as we left the room and went to the front yard. I looked around, puzzled.

"George! Bring em out!" He yelled, cupping his hands over his mouth. From behind the house, George came out pushing a trolley with a multitude of plants on it. "We're planting a garden." He grinned.

I immediately rushed over and looked at the plants. There was a few herbs like basil and mint, there was a small lemon tree sapling, and too many flowers to count. The ones that caught my eye were daisies.

"Had my dad pick those up after I heard about your little nickname," he whispered, hugging me. "Do you like them?"

"I love them Freddie," I said softly, admiring all the plants. "So where are these going?"

"It's up to you. I thought in front of the house would be nice, right about here." He pointed at an empty area near the door. I nodded and we began digging small holes for the plants to go in.

It took hours, and by the time it was over, we were covered in dirt and sweat. I backed up and looked at our handiwork.

"Well done Freddie. That's a pretty damn good garden." He smiled and winked.

"It's not done yet," he said mischievously. He ran to the shed and brought out a sign. "So I have this sign and all these paint pens," he held up the bucket of paint pens. "So I thought we could decorate it to show our hard work." He smiled sheepishly.

"What will we write on said sign?" I asked.

"Well, I was thinking about putting our names or something, I hadn't thought too in depth about it, really." He shrugged.

"I have an idea." I grabbed a paint pen and began to write. Eden's Garden ❤️

He smiled and put his initials in the corner of the sign. "It's perfect." He hammered the sign into the ground and wrapped his arm around me. We looked at our garden as the sun set and walked inside.

"Merlin, how long were you out there?" George whined. "How long does it take to plant a few bloody flowers?"

"A lot longer than you'd think Georgie," I ruffled his hair before sitting down at the kitchen table. "If someone actually helped me, maybe we would've been done quicker." I elbowed Fred in his chest.
