A/N: Here's the first chapter, enjoy!

A drop of blood rolls down my chin and I quickly stop biting my lip. It's a habit. I always get stressed when I move to another place.

I've been in the system for about 12 years now. I lived with my birth mom until I was 1, but when she passed I was put into the system. My mom had always told people that my dad didn't even know that she was pregnant, so they didn't even bother calling him.

My experience in the system has been fine I guess. I'm lucky to never have been abused or assaulted, but that doesn't mean that everything's perfect either.

I always get stuck with some person who's just in it for the check, they don't even give a shit about me. But I'm fine with it, it gives me more freedom.

When my mom was alive, we lived in New York, but I was moved to Boise, Idaho when she passed. And I know what you're thinking. Who the fuck lives in Idaho? Well apparently lots of people looking to foster kids.

Anyways, when I was in 1st grade I met Alexander (Alex) Ivanov and Russell Ivan (and no they are not related.) Anyways, we became fast friends and inseparable. We soon found out that we were all in the system, and became even closer. We refused to be separated from each other, so our social workers always made sure that the houses we were staying in were in the same schooling district. And that's pretty much our story, we're all 14 now (except Alex turned 15 a few weeks ago.)

But back to the present, I was currently sitting in an old metal chair in some room at the Boise Police Department (A/N yes that's a real place.) My current foster father, Walter Smith was just arrested for being apart of some gang or something. Not that I was paying attention. After a police officer came in and asked me some questions, my social worker Elisa walked in.

"Hi, sweetie," Elisa said happily as she walked in. "I've got some great news for you."

Great news? That can't be good. I expected her to just tell me which family I would be moving in with next.

"We've found your brothers!" Elisa exclaims.

"WHAT," I yell back. She explains that they were testing the fingerprints in Walter's house for any sign of other gang members. They of course found my fingerprints in the house, and decided to do a DNA test on them in case I had anyone left. The part that shocked me the most was when she explained that I had six older brothers that I would be moving in with. (A/N lol this is definitely not how the whole DNA/ fingerprint thing works, but just bear with me)

Before I know it, I've packed a small backpack with my few possessions and I'm on a plane to Los Angeles, California; where my new family lives. I decided not to tell Alex and Russell quite yet, trying to hold off them freaking out and as the plane takes off all I think about is what I'm going to do about my brothers.

A/N: I know that the chapter was pretty short, but the rest will be longer; don't worry.

Anyways, I hope you liked it!

Love,

Lillith
