A/N: Chapter 3 is now up! Enjoy :))

The two big brown doors are opened to reveal the inside of the mansion. There's a grand staircase that leads to the next floor. Everything looks so clean. It's weird. Rowan chuckles a little at my shocked expression. He leads me over to the kitchen and I see two identical boys sitting at the island.

Wait, are these my brothers? Nope, I can't do this. Not yet. They glance up from their phones and our eyes meet.

Shit, they're scary. They have the same ice cold blue eyes as me. Yep, we're definitely siblings.

I could see how some people would look into their eyes and immediately cower away, they just had that affect about them. But for some reason, I stared right back.

"Elora?" The one with the slightly less intimidating gaze asked me.

"Yeah, that's me." I said politely. Now that I look at them more I realize how similar they are. Twins? Yes, they're definitely twins.

"I'm Matteo and this is my twin Marcello." He said while nodding to his twin, who didn't look too excited to see me. "I'll show you to your room, so you can unpack before dinner, okay?"

I nodded my head as my answer, while gripping my backpack and skateboard a little tighter. (A/N: Yes ik I forgot to mention the skateboard, but just go with it.)

"Where's all of your stuff?" Marcello says, speaking for the first time.

"This is my stuff." I say a little bit more confidently, hoping I can maintain that for when I meet the rest of my brothers.

He just looked at me and left in response. Weird. Matteo starts to lead me up the stairs and I try not to gawk at how big and nice the house is. We eventually get to my room and I'm shocked when he opens the door. My room is bigger than any room I've ever stayed in. There was a queen size bed in the middle and it connected to my own walk-in closet and en suite. Everything was pretty plain, but Matteo explained that my brothers were waiting to let me decorate. I thanked him and he quickly left me alone, which I was grateful for.

I put my backpack on a chair and my skateboard on the floor, and started to look around. The room is humungous and the bed looks so soft, but the thing I'm most excited about is the large window sill, that looks perfect for reading on. I hope there's a library nearby, because I can't survive without books.

I spend the next few hours reading the only book that I own. It's an old copy of Little Women, by Luoisa May Alcott. The book is the only thing I have of my mothers. I've practically memorized it by now, reading it calms me. Well, pretty much reading anything calms me, but still.

I look up from my book as my door is opened by another man. Heard of knocking? He has the same blue eyes, definitely a bother, but looks older and more sophisticated than the twins.

"Hi Elora! I'm Domenic." He says happily. His tone shocked me, I expected him to be cold like Marcello. "Dinner will be ready any minute, come downstairs when you're ready."

"Okay, thank you." I respond while closing my book. I walk into the en suite and look in the mirror. I've always hated my body. I'm on the slimmer side, and don't have any curves. I look at my outfit and think about changing it. I don't really have any other clothes, at least nothing fancy. I decide to leave it.

I find my way to the stairs and start walking down them. I hear voices coming from the dining room and slowly make my way to my brothers. I stop outside of the door to the dining room. Am I really doing this? Fuck it, I'm going back upstairs. I mean, would they actually notice if I was gone? If they did, I could just say I forgot.

"You can come in now Elora." A deep voice commands. Shit, shit, shit. I bet they already hate me. Wait, how did they even know that I was standing there?

I walk into one of the fanciest dining rooms to exist and see 5 boys already seated at the table.

"You can come sit here Elora." The one I remember as Domenic motions to the seat next to Marcello. Great, now I get to watch him glare at me for all of dinner. I hesitantly sit down and look around at all of my brothers. They all have the same blue eyes, so there was no question that we're related. I realized that I only knew the names of 3 of my brothers, but was too embarrassed to ask for the rest.

Wait.... wasn't there six brothers? One, two, three, four, five. Yep 5 not 6. Maybe the sixth brother is busy?

In one motion, an intimidating man walks in and graciously sits down in his seat. I look up at him and almost cower down at the sight of him. He's definitely well over six feet, along with the rest of my brothers and shares the same blue eyes as the rest of us. However, there's something different about this brother. He's intimidating, but on a whole new level. Just the sight of staring into his eyes almost scares me into telling all of my secrets. Almost.

"Hello Elora, I am Lorenzo Maranzano; your oldest brother and legal guardian." He says in an interesting tone. Again, it's like nothing I've heard before. He's trying to assert his dominance I realize. He wants me to know that he's in charge of me, not the other way around. Wow. Now that's power. Making people believe things, say things with just one look or one word. I strive to be able to do that one day.

I also know that this is going to be difficult. I'm not exactly a rule follower, I like to live my own life and see where it takes me. You can tell that my oldest brother expects everyone and everything to listen to him. You could practically see the power radiating off of him. Well, this is going to be interesting I thought to myself.

If only I knew how interesting things were going to get....

A/N: And that's chapter 3!!
