Elora's POV:
I lie in bed and read for the next few hours and decide that I can't sit in this room for any longer. I look at my phone and see that it's around 7 AM. I change into one of my favorite outfits, which is a white mini skirt and a pink sweatshirt with a matching pink headband. I straighten my hair and put on a little makeup. I don't normally put too much on; just concealer, mascara, and lip gloss. I grab my favorite, well one of my only two purses, and put my phone in it. (Elora's outfit is above)
I'm already wearing my rings. Alex, Russel, and I all have a set of matching rings. The set has three rings, one that symbolizes each of us. We wear all three to show that we'll always be together.
I head downstairs and make my way to the kitchen. I peep my head through the door and see that the room is empty. I sigh in relief, not wanting to face them after yesterday. I groan realizing that I'm supposed to be going shopping with my brothers today, hoping they don't remember.
I see a coffee maker and head over to it. I may or may not have a slight caffeine addiction. I hated being tired, but not being able to sleep so I always drink coffee to keep me more alert. It's just become a habit now, and I can't go a day without coffee.
As I pour my drink into a mug, I hear footsteps behind me. Fuck, I'm not ready for this. I slowly turn around to see Enzo and Ric walking in. Great, just what I need.
"Why are you up so early?" Ric asks me. I just shrug my shoulders in response and go back to pouring my coffee. I take a sip of it and start feeling a little better, still cold from the night before. "Are you even allowed to be drinking that?" Ric continues to talk. I give him a look, and he sighs knowing to give it up.
"We'll all be taking you shopping today Elora, be ready to leave by 9." I almost spit out my coffee when Enzo says this.
"All of them?" I say all of a sudden nervous.
"Yes, is that a problem." He says sternly.
"Not at all, Genie." I murmur.
"What was that?" Enzo said in an even more intimidating voice. I quickly mumble "nothing," and head back up to my room.
I finish my coffee and read a little more until Valerius barges into my room and tells me it's time to go.
"You know what knocking is, right?" I ask him.
"Yes." Is all he says before walking out.
Well isn't today going to be fun. I put my AirPods in, which was actually the first ever big purchase I made by myself. I put on 'Xanny' by Billie Eilish and grab my credit card and put it in my purse. This reminds me that I need to start looking for a job. I make a mental note to ask my brothers later.
I start walking down the stairs and see all of my brothers already at the door. I follow them out to the garage and see Enzo get into the driver's seat of a 2021 Genesis GV80. Of course they have fancy cars. In fact, they have multiple cars in the garage, each looking fancier then the next.

Somehow I end up in the middle, in between the twins. Great. We pull out of the driveway and as we get onto the rode I see two black SUVs pull onto the rode right behind us. They follow us all the way to the mall and park a few cars down. It takes everything I have to not keep looking at the cars. Why were they following us? Do my brothers know them?
We all walk into the mall and everyone turns and looks at us. Weird. My brothers all have their cold and emotionless faces on. I've got to admit, they look pretty intimidating with their fancy clothes and tall and bulky builds.
I trail behind them as they walk into the first store. "We can get clothes first, then shoes, and then school supplies." Domenic says and suddenly all of my brother's attention is on me. I just meekly nod thinking about how I'm not going to pay for all of that.
We go over to the clothes section and everyone splits up to start looking for clothes. I see a cute dress and flip over the price tag. I almost choke on air when I see that the dress is 50 dollars. 50 dollars for one single dress, who would buy that? I continue to look around the store and pretty much have the same reaction to every item as I did the dress. After a little while of looking around, I decide to get a blue sweatshirt, kind of like the pink one I'm wearing right now.
"I'm gonna to check out now." I say to Enzo and walk to the register before he can respond.
I give the hoodie to the cashier and pull out my credit card. I hand it to her, but before she can take it, it's snatched out of my hand. I look over to see Enzo with an annoyed expression. He puts my credit card in his pocket and takes out his own. While handing it to the cashier, he asks, "Is that all you're getting Lora?"
"Yes," I say while taking his credit card right out of his hand. Ha! Take that Genie. "Give me back my credit card Enzo." I say very annoyed, if he thinks he's going to pay for me, then he's got another thing coming.
"I'll give it back to you tonight, now go pick out some more things or we'll do it for you." He says sternly.
"No! Just give it back and I'll give yours back." I said, proud that I had the upper hand here. Or, at least I thought I did.
All of a sudden I feel strong hands grab me from behind and I look up to see Ricardo. He holds me in place as Enzo grabs his credit card from my hand while I struggle against his strong grip. He bends down to my level, as I'm still in Ric's grasp, holds his credit card in front of my face and snaps it in half.
I just gawk at him. Why the fuck would he do that? "I have more of these than you can count Elora. When Ric releases you, I suggest you go find some more clothes." Enzo says in his chilling voice.
I just nod in response, too scared to do anything else. I walk back over to the clothing section and accidentally bump into Matteo.
"You, okay?" He asks. I nod, not meeting his eyes.
"Look I know Enzo can be harsh, but you'll get used to it." He says, feeling slightly bad about what just happened.
I just nod again, not being able to stop thinking about how much control I realized my brothers actually had. It was going to be an interesting next few months....
