Up all night

Prologue

"Boys, here are your contracts. I'm giving you a chance of a lifetime. Don't disappoint me." Simon said.

The boys shared a look. They were all so excited. Liam read the contract.
"Can you explain it to us uncle Simon?"

Simon let out a deep sigh.
"It's a standard contract. It basically says that you sign for my label. We decide the songs that will go on the album and who sings what, and we will work in your best interest. I'm gonna make you the biggest boyband this world has ever seen."

The boys smiled brightly. Neither of them could believe that they had gotten this chance.
"Simon? I want us to have real musicians. Like, our songs will be played with real instruments instead of just computerized." Louis said.

"That can be taken care of." Simon agreed.

"I don't know about you guys, but I would like the chance to write our own songs." Harry said and the rest of the boys nodded their heads.

"That is something that we can consider. For your first album, I have already assembled a great writing team but if you sell records we can discuss it in the future." Simon answered.

The boys smiled and signed the contracts.
"Welcome to Syco boys!" Simon smiled before he continued. "Your first single is already written. You'll go into the studio on Monday to record it and then we're gonna make a music video as well."

They shook his hand and left the office. Louis threw his arm around Harry's shoulders as they walked out.
"This is amazing Hazza!"

"Yeah." Harry answered with a dimpled smile while he looked at Louis shyly.

He might have the biggest crush on him but he hadn't said a word about it. Sometimes he thought that Louis might feel the same way about him but how could he be sure when he didn't say anything either? All he knew was that his friendship with Louis was different than with the rest of the boys. They were really close and had been since the X-factor. They even slept in the same bed and they hugged and held hands and kissed each other on the cheek. Their fans had picked up on it and called them Larry Stylinson. It was kind of cute. Harry let out a sigh. Why did it have to be so complicated?

Everything was set in motion. They went on an X-factor tour and now they realized for real how many fans they actually had. They were all blown away by the response they got.

They went home on a Christmas break. Harry missed Louis like crazy. He called him on the 24th to wish him a happy birthday and they talked for two hours until Louis had to go and celebrate with his family.

Louis called the next day to wish him a merry Christmas. He also wondered if Harry wanted to come and visit him and Harry spent most of Christmas Eve begging his mum to go to Doncaster. When Louis's mum Jay called his mum to invite them over they finally agreed. They left the next day and Louis came running out of the house and hugged him as soon as they arrived.

Harry spent a couple of wonderful days with his mum in Doncaster. He and Louis shared Louis's bed and stayed up late every night talking. They had an exciting time ahead of them and they both had a hard time comprehending that they had a record deal.  

The last night before Harry was going back to Holmes Chapel with his mum he finally found the courage to talk to Louis about his feelings.
"Lou? I need to tell you something. Please don't freak out."

Louis turned his head and looked at him curiously and maybe hopefully if Harry wasn't totally delusional. 
"Okay?"

Harry took a deep, shaky breath. He was terrified.
"I kind of sort of crushing on you."

He stared at Louis and held his breath. Louis broke out in a happy smile and pecked Harry's lips briefly. Harry gasped in surprise.
"I'm kind of sort of crushing on you too."

"You are?" Harry asked in awe.

Louis rolled his eyes at him.
"I thought that was fucking obvious."

Harry giggled but stopped when he noticed Louis's intensive stare. He swallowed nervously and then they started to lean in at the same time and gently pressed their lips together. Louis rolled half on top of him and cradled his cheek. He licked Harry's lower lip to ask for permission to deepen the kiss and Harry opened his mouth.

His whole body shivered when their tongues touched for the first time. Louis let out a small gasp and came closer. They kissed until they had to come up for air. Harry opened his eyes slowly and was met by Louis's beautiful blue ones.
"Wow." Louis breathed out and Harry smiled happily.
