"So do you think we can write another song?" Niall asked on Monday evening.

They had gathered at Louis' and Harry's place to watch the premiere of their first music video. They couldn't believe that it was finally out there for everyone to see.

"I actually wrote something yesterday." Liam said and pulled out a folded paper from his jeans pocket like he had been waiting for this. He unfolded it and read it out loud.

"We wrote another song." Liam said and smiled.

"Now...let's celebrate your birthday!" Niall shouted and everyone pulled out whistles and blew in them.

"You remember my birthday?" Liam beamed, looking surprised.

"Of course we remember mate. We're sorry that we're not throwing you a huge party but there are cake and presents." Louis said.

"That's perfect! Thank's guys." Liam said.

Niall ran to get the cake and Harry went after him to help him carry plates and cutlery. Louis went to get the presents that they all had hidden in their spare bedroom. Liam was smiling the whole time while he blew out the candles on the cake and when he opened his presents.

They spent the rest of the evening eating cake and playing FIFA.

They took their song to their writing team the next day and they turned it into a melody and sent it to Syco who approved it. They recorded it in the days that followed.
