Sakura ran through the streets of Kanoha, expertly evading everyone walking sensibly and shouting 'I'm sorry' every ao often when she almost made someone stumble. But she never let up her speed as she rushed to the place she was currently late to be. Kanoha High School, the site of her final exam, and she was about five minutes away from being unable to take it.

She could see her classroom on the first floor, all the other seats full as she pushed her legs to keep going. Onyx eyes watched her, a smirk hidden behind his hands. Of course the only other person guaranteed to get a perfect score would oversleep. She was almost making it too easy to beat her.

Maybe she was losing her hatred for him? The thought made him irritated, how dare she take away the joy he felt at beating her, being the pain in her neck she can never get rid off.

She burst through the door, stopping to double over panting right as the bell rang. She held up a finger, signaling for the teacher to wait to yell at her and rushed to her seat, coincidentally in front of a certain Uchiha.

As the teacher began going over the rules of the test he leaned forward in his seat, keeping his voice low as he said "You're making it way too easy to beat you, pinkie."

"Bite me, Uchiha," she whispered in a sing-song voice.

Being the gentleman he is, he obliged.

Pretending to stretch leaned forward and nipped the pinkette on her neck just above her shoulder, causing her to let out a high pitched squeal. Sasuke had to bite the inside of his cheek to hold his smirk as he saw the class turn to look at a now crimson faced Sakura.

"Ms. Haruno, is everything alright?" Their teacher asked in a concerned yet annoyed tone.

"Yes ma'am. There was a, urm, bug on my desk and it just startled me. I apologize for disrupting class." She bowed her head and turned slightly, giving Sasuke a deadly glare as he just arched an eyebrow. Once the proctor began talking again he mouthed 'a bug? Really?'

Sakura huffed in annoyance and crossed her arms, swearing vengeance on the Uchiha for her now sore neck. Who the hell actually bites someone when they clearly say bite me sarcastically?

Naruto snorted in the seat beside Sasuke, having witnessed the whole exchange. "A bug? More like the love bug bit you," he teased, earning glares from the two. He snickered and ignored the middle finger Sasuke showed him, knowing that there was more than those two let on.

Whether they would ever admit it or not was up in the air, but that could be dealt with.

About two hours later the tests were completed aside from a few students. Sakur, having been the first one done was now looking out the window daydreaming when she felt a tap on her desk. She turned to the raven haired culprit, feeling a scowl form as she hissed a low "what?"

"Wanna make a bet or two?" He asked in his usual bored tone but Sakura thought she saw an hint of emotion in his eyes.

"On what?"

"Who you think will be the last person done?"

Sakura put a finger to her chin, looking around the room. Naruto, Choji, Kiba and Ino were all still working on the test with only thirty minutes left in the allowed time. Should she bet that none of them finish? Ino should, her booklet is almost done. Choji and Kiba have been on the same page for about twenty minutes and are close to the end. But then Naruto, poor Naruto. She sweat dropped as she saw him only on the second page out of 8. There was no way he would get done.

She turned to Sasuke, feeling victorious as she said "I bet twenty bucks Naruto doesn't finish."

Sasuke snorted, earning a glare from their teacher which he ignored. "Taking the easy way out are we? Alright, I bet 20 that him and Choji don't finish."

"Just Choji? What about Kiba?"

"He'll probably panic and rush to fill the last pages out by guessing. He'd rather have something than leave it blank; he thinks he's got a 25% chance of getting it right versus zero."

She nodded her head, wishing she would've thought that far into it. "Okay Uchiha. We'll see who's right soon. Any more?"

"Feeling friendly today are we," he asked with a slight arrogant smirk. She gave her biggest, clearly fake smile right back.

"Well when you bite my neck, it seems only fair to be nice, ya know?"

He said nothing but got a mischievous look in his eyes. Steeling her nerves, Sakura put her chin in her hands and looked at him patiently. If she was gonna poke the bear, she may as well get a big enough stick.

"Well, Uchiha? You scared?"

He smirked at her. "Never. I bet I get a higher grade than you."

"Oh as if! Ten bucks says I have a higher grade."

"Only ten? You're not feeling very confident in yourself are you?"

"No! I mean I am!" She whispered fiercely. She took a deep breath before continuing. "Its just I only have thirty dollars. Not everyone's rich like you."

It looked like her words took the Uchiha by surprise, all signs of joking on his face gone. "Alright, ten bucks for that bet. Wanna wait til after the test before placing the next one?"

Even more surprised by the Uchiha's soft side, she just nodded and went back to looking out the window.

"Pay up pinkie," Sasuke said as he blocked her path. She looked at his smug face, wondering if she could punch him hard enough to get away. Sighing she reached in her purse and pulling out a twenty for him.

"You got lucky, Uchiha. I'll be expecting my money once the results are up." She growled and shoved the money in his waiting palm and ran home. Despite the animosity he felt he couldn't help but smirk at the pinkettes retreating figure, already knowing what he would bet her once the results were up in a week.

"Move out of the way Naruto, we already know you failed," Sakura yelled as she shoved the blond away from the score listing.

"Ouch Sakura, that really hurt!"

"What do you expect dobe, Pinkie is eager to give me more money," Sasuke mused as he stepped over the still complaining Naruto.

Sakura scoffed as she turned to look at the scores. "As if Uchiha. We both know that I-" she stopped and stared, her hand lingering on the paper under her score. Curios, Sasuke walked up with a smirk and set his arm on her head.

"Whats the matter? Did I win?"

"We...tied. We both got a perfect score."

Sasuke's smirk fell. "Are you kidding me?! Well, I guess neither of us gets the money then."

Sakura looked at him with a slight glare. "Yeah, I guess not. So what was the other bet?"

Sasuke took his arm from her head and placed both hands on her shoulders, leaning forward until his lips were at her ear.

"I bet I'll ask you on a date."
