"Oi, Sasuke! Are you even listening to me?" Naruto was waving his hand in front of his best friends face. Suddenly he grabbed his wrist and glared fiercely at the irritating blond.

"Keep waving your hand in my face, I'll snap your wrist." He growled before letting go and turning his attention back towards a certain girl, only to find her gone. He groaned and looked at Naruto angrily. "Alright, what was so important you made me lose her?"

"Huh, lose her? Who were you looking at." He followed his gaze to where Sasuke had been looking, only to recieve a slap on the head.

"Did you not just hear me say you made me lose her?"

"Lose who"

Sasuke tensed up and muttered "shit" under his breath before fully turning his back on the girl behind him. "None of your business."

The pinkette out her hands on her hips as her lips set into a pout, glaring at Sasuke's back. Sure, she didn't know them and she was eavesdropping, but she had a hunch she needed to prove right. She huffed and turned her attention to Naruto, poking his chest.

"You're Naruto Uzumaki, right?"

Naruto sat up straighter and grinned. "Why yes I am," he said proudly.

Wham. Naruto folded over in pain as she hit him in the stomach. Sasuke, unable to control himself, almost fell over laughing at his friend.

"Stop dragging your feet with Hinata!" The girl yelled as she poked his chest again. "If you like her, you better ask her out. And fast. Before someone else beats you to it."

Naruto looked at her, his mouth hanging open. "Wh-what do you mean?"

She rolled her eyes. "Do you really think it's not obvious? The way you're overprotective of her when she walks to class. The fact that you always accept any gift from her so warmly. Hell, do you even know how you look at her? Don't answer that, I'm sure you're either really that dense or just blown away because you thought you had everyone fooled. But anyway, you know she likes you too. So you better ask her out before some dog lover beats you to it." She crossed her arms over her chest. "And stop stalking other girls with Mr. Brooding over here, or I'll hit you even harder next time."

Naruto gulped loudly. "Wait, dog lover? You mean Kiba?!" Naruto jumped up, almost head butting the pinkette if she hadn't stepped back. "Do you know where she's at, uh..?"

"Sakura, Sakura Haruno. And I think she's taking her little sister to the park. So you better get going, you know people love to walk their dogs there~" she trailed off in a sing song voice, giggling as Naruto ran out of the store. Sasuke couldn't help but chuckle at his friends stupidity. He knew Kiba had no interest in Hinata, he was too stupid to realize anyone of the opposite sex, let alone a shy girl who was like a little sister to him. Clearly this girl was just trying to trick him into acting on his feelings for Hinata, and like the idiot that he is he fell for it.

The pinkette sat in the now empty seat and propped her chin on her hand, staring at Sasuke with a slight smirk. "So, who were you staring at?"

"Tch. I wasn't staring at anyone."

"You said, and I quote, 'you made me lose her'. So, either you were staring at someone or full on stalking them. Which is it, Mr. Brooding?"

He glared at her for a few moments before answering. "None of your business."
