Once Kaycee got dropped off back home she found herself constantly checking her phone for a sign of him.

But the only thing she saw was her lock screen. A picture of him holding the blue bouquet of roses he'd gotten her the night they became official.

Kylie: "hey sis"

Kaycee jumped out of her thoughts and turned around to see Kylie joining her in the kitchen.

Kaycee: "jeez you scared me"

Kylie: "I'm sorry, just wanted to know if you wanted to talk or watch a movie...anything?"

Kaycee: "I feel like nothing sounds enjoyable right now."

Kylie: "kayc, I know you're struggling but, you can't forget to live life for the next three months"

Kaycee: "I know Ky, he just left...like 2 hours ago. It's still new, and I'm figuring out how to cope with it."

Kylie: "you guys must really love each other huh?"

Kaycee: "he means everything to me. He's not just my boyfriend, he's my best friend, my enemy at times, my light, my motivation...he's everything to me."

Kylie: "wow you're in love, bad"

Kaycee giggled for the first time all night before taking a seat at the island in their kitchen.

Kylie: "what if you have the girls come over?"

Kaycee: "Tahani and Bailey?"

Kylie: "is Tati in La"

Kaycee: "unfortunately no, I could really use her right now"

Kylie frowned

Kylie: "hey, how about you call Bailey and Tahani and ask them to have a girls night. And I can join if you don't mind"

Kaycee smirked at her sisters request.

Kaycee: "sure, that doesn't sound too bad.

about an hour later, Bailey and Tahani came in with Kaycee's favorite pizza.

Kaycee: "guys!!"

Kylie: "wow, I need friends like yours kayc"

They laughed and sat the pizza down on the island giving her long hugs.

Tahani: "how was it?"

Kaycee: "complete torture"

Bailey: "did he cry?"

Kaycee: "like a baby"

They both giggled

Kaycee: "but it was cute that's for sure"

All three of them rolled their eyes at her loving comment, but chose not to pick on her much more knowing the sensitive state she was in.

After sitting down and eating, taking Kaycee's mind off of all things Sean, she got a call.

When she glanced at the screen a selfie of them kissing popped up with the name "my baby"

Kaycee: "Hey"

Sean: "Hey bubba!"

Kaycee: "how's the plane so far?"

Sean: "2 hours in, 11 more to go"

Kaycee: "that's forever"

Sean: "yeah forever for me to sit here and miss the fuck outta you"

Kaycee: "language"

He slightly chuckled behind the screen earning an eye roll that he couldn't see.

Sean: "no but seriously, you're all that's on my mind"

Kaycee: "I believe you, cause you're all that's on mine"

Sean: "what've you been doing to keep yourself busy?"

Kaycee: "T and Bailey came over"

Sean: "good, I'm glad you're hanging in there"

Kaycee: "it's only been two hours babe"

Sean: "I know I know, but I knew it was gonna be hard. Chung literally had to show me cat videos to stop me from crying"

Kaycee: "aw my little baby"

Sean: "oh how the tables have turned"

Kaycee: "shut up!"

They both laughed behind the speaker

Sean: "I miss seeing you laugh"

Kaycee: "I miss you Sean"

Sean: "oh shit...someone's talking over the intercom I gotta go baby"

Kaycee: "call me tonight, I wanna talk to you before bed"

Sean: "already planned on it, love you princess"

and before she could respond he'd hung up in a hurry.

Bailey, Kylie and Tahani sensed her teary eyes and placed soothing hands on her shoulders and back.

Kylie: "is he okay?"

Kaycee: "yeah, but he had to go cause someone on the plane was announcing stuff..."

She rested her head on her hands looking defeated.

Bailey: "if he could stay on the phone with you the entire trip he would kayc"

Kaycee: "I wish he would"

Tahani: "that would break a world record"

Kaycee: "I feel like I'm being selfish, but I want him home with me..."

Kylie: "it's not selfish kaycee, it's called being in love. You're both so infatuated with each other and I'm sure he wants you just as much as you want him. It's not selfish, it's natural."

Kaycee: "can we do something to take my mind away from all this"

Bailey: "wanna paint our nails?!"

Kaycee: "I'm open to anything"

They all rushed upstairs to pick out a color and for a few hours kaycee felt normal. Like she'd be able to see him any second now, but her face changed when a text came through from him.

Sean: "I'm gonna take a nap, just wanted to let you know I was safe and sound. I'll call you around 11 and talk you to sleep okay?"

Bailey: "everything okay?"

Kaycee: "yeah, I just forgot about everything for awhile but he just texted me"

Tahani: "isn't that good?"

Kaycee: "well yeah, it just reminded me that he wasn't here, that's all"

Kaycee: "that's perfect, sleep well, I didn't get to tell you the last two times so I love you forever and ever."

Sean: "I love you too bubba."

She double tapped his message to love it, and set her phone aside for awhile while he napped.

Chinas time switch was gonna be brutal on him. 13 hours ahead of the US.

So when Sean called her at 11, it would be 1 in the afternoon there.

She knew this was gonna suck, but she was forever happy that he was able to put his passion first.
