Chapter 5

Ng nakarating na kami sa tapat ng condo ay agad na ipinarada ni Cailie ang kotse niya at mabilis siyang bumaba at pinagbuksan ako ng pinto ng kotse. Tinaasan ko kaagad siya ng kilay.

"What?" he asked me.

"You don't have to open the car's door for me, I have a hand." pagtataray ko at bumaba kaagad at nauna ng naglakad papasok ng building.

"Eh sa gusto kitang pagbuksan ng pinto, bawal ba? magseselos ba ang boyfriend mo?" sabi niya habang nasa likuran ko at nakasunod sa akin.

Napatigil ako at lumingon sa kanya. I raised an eyebrow again.

"For your information mister, I don't have a boyfriend at wala akong balak na magkaroon ulit. They're just giving me headaches." sabi ko pero tinawanan lang ako ng gago.

May saltik yata sa utak. Wala namang nakakatawa sa sinabi ko.

"Talaga lang ha?" rinig ko pang sabi niya.

I just ignore him and just kept walking until we get inside the elevator. Pareho lang kaming tahimik at napapansin ko pa siya minsan na tumitingin sa akin.

Ano bang problema niya? He's weird and it's making me annoyed.

When the elevator opened, I quickly walk out and went to room thirty and knocked. Valentina immediately opened the door and her angry expression immediately opened up to me but when she saw Cailie and I together, her expression changed in shock.

"Cai! what are you doing here?" she asked Cailie as she looked at us.

"Hi Val, ah eh ... hinatid ko si Donna." sabi ni Cailie at napakamot sa ulo niya.

They were still talking so I went straight inside and went to the kitchen to drink some water. Valentina followed me into the kitchen and gave me a strange look.

"Couz, ano yon? yiee ikaw ha!" she tease me but I just ignore her and walk back to the living area.

I saw Cailie sitting on the sofa but I just ignore him and walk up the stairs. I was stopped and look at him when he called me.

"Uhm... alis na ako." paalam niya at tumango naman ako at naglakad na ulit paakyat pero napatigil ulit ako ng magsalita siya.

"Don't you want to thank me for letting you sleep in my condo and bringing you here?" he asked and Valentina appeared from the kitchen with juice.

"Oo nga naman couz, wala man lang bang thank you?" sabi niya kaya napairap nalang ako.

Tsk! sino ba naman kasing nagsabi sa kanya na patulugin niya ako sa condo niya at ihatid ako pauwi?

"Thanks." I said straight and continued to climb the stairs to my room.

I immediately closed the door when I get inside my room and laid my purse on the study table and went straight to my closet. I took my stripe shorts and my yellow t-shirt and get dressed. I lay down on the bed and closed my eyes because until now my head still hurts due to my hang over.

Valentina suddenly knock and went in and sat on the side of my bed so I open my eyes. Sigurado akong tatadtarin nanaman ako nito ng tanong. Knowing her, masyadong chismosa.

"Couz, ano yon ha? bakit don ka natulog sa condo ni Cai? uyy kayo ha! don't worry couz, hindi ko na siya crush kaya sayo na siya. So, ano na? may nangyari ba sa inyo?" sabi pa niya habang nakangiti at napakunot naman ang noo ko.

This woman is really talkative.

"Tsk! I don't like him. I don't have time for him and yet nothing happened to us." I said and got up and leaned on the headboard of my bed.
