Chapter 4

AN: So, I kind of hit a wall writing the son of Neptune but good news I have started the next chapter, however, a wave of inspiration has fallen on me to write this chapter, so you guys are lucky bastards.

Percy Pov

Have you ever wondered what it was like to have one day every year when you were guaranteed to cock-up? Cause Percy didn't need to wonder what that would be like, he knew, it was called trips day. 

You see, every school Percy goes to has a trip day, and every trip day is when the school decides he will not be returning to them next year. However, Percy was determined to be good on this field trip, because he actually had a reason to be. He had teachers who started to give a damn about him, a best friend for a roommate, and wasn't getting teased or bullied.

Kids would sometimes come up and talk to him, he wasn't failing in any of the classes he had left and had physically improved as well. According to some girls in his Latin class, he was ranked 4th best looking in the whole year but most improved from a physical aspect as well. He actually wanted to stay at Yancy academy, not to just make his mom proud but he wanted to do it for himself as well. 

This is why when he and Grover were getting on the bus and Grover asked him if he was ready for the field trip, Percy answered.

"Born ready."

 Yet all that confidence drained out of him when he saw that Mrs Dodds was getting on the bus with him. The demon from hell. 

Now Percy didn't need to use his powers to tell that Mrs Dodds was a monster but he thought it was probably best to go and get it over and done with.

She is bound to serve ??? for her immortal life and has a massive crush on her master. She has been sent to watch Percy and decide if he is innocent or guilty, if she decides guilty then she will kill him.

She loathes Percy and wishes that he is guilty so she could kill him

'Well shit' Percy thought to himself before climbing out of the bus. The only good thing about this it seems is that the whole time he was worrying, he wasn't listening to Grover grumbling about how we humans have ruined nature, which made the whole journey go down much faster. The bad news is it looks like his maths teacher wants to kill him.
