Percy's Pov

Currently, Percy and Grover were in a taxi heading to Long Island, because when you're thinking of a location to put a magical camp filled with the children of the mighty Greek gods, Long Island is the first place that comes to mind.

"Hey Grover, if Long Island is where Camp half-blood is supposed to be, then does that mean that Olympus is also in New York" He had been thinking about this for a while, surely the Greek gods should be in, well Greece

"Yeah, actually the Olympus is located on the 400th floor of the Empire States building," He said smirking at Percy's open mouth.

"Dude, the Empire State building only has 102 floors, so does that mean that floors 103- 400 are all used for some godly purpose"

"I actually don't know, I'll ask Chiron later" Somehow he didn't think that the conversation was ever going to come up.

"So tell me about Camp?"

Grover got a dreamer look on his face "Camp, well it is the best, and the safest for people like you, demigods I mean." He said the last bit quickly when he saw the face that Percy made.

"Why?"

"Demigods have a scent, the scent attracts monsters, the bigger the scent, the stronger the monsters that come after you. Camp Half-blood have protective walls that stop monsters from getting in without help"

Percy looked at his best friend like he was crazy "Without help?"

Grover returned the look "Yeah, you know for training or for practical jokes. Anyway, there are 12 cabins, each cabin represents each of the Olympian gods..."

"I'm pretty sure that there are more than 12 Greek gods Grover"

The Satyr looked sheepish "Well, yeah and they have kids too, but the Olympians are kind of strict on these things, you know they believe that because they are the most powerful then they deserve the cabins"

Percy frowned at that "That's shit, what about the kids of the minor gods"

"Well they stay in the Hermes cabin, if they are claimed by an Olympian then they will move cabins, however, most are minor gods and even if you are claimed you stay in the Hermes Cabin. Some gods like Hermes, Apollo and Dionysus claim their kids the day that they come into the camp, some like Athena or Demeter test their kids to see if they are worthy of acknowledgement, and others like Ares, simply forget. It is sad but until someone can show the Olympians their wrongdoings and make them claim their kids and give respect to the minor gods then it is going to be like this for a long time"
