Ticci Toby x Reader

Chapter 29

I woke up to my alarm just as I always did and got ready very slowly. Toby was downstairs eating pancakes and I just grabbed an apple. He looked up at me and smiled. We sat at the kitchen table saying nothing. We grabbed our bags and left so that we would make it to the bus stop. We didn't run like we normally did. We barely made the bus because we left at the same time as we normally did when we ran. 
The first half of the day went by pretty slow and there was nothing really interesting about it. The homework that we were assigned were all things that we knew and could get done in no time. When it came time for training we got changed and went to the punching bags that were the farthest from everyone and just started our training. We kept hitting the bags as hard as we could and letting out all of our anger when Candy walked up to us. She looked me over and gave me a smug smile. 

"You know your form is all wrong, right?", she asked me with that same smile. 

I just rolled my eyes and kept hitting the bag. I didn't do anything until she came over and tried to position me and then I took a swing at her. She looked shocked and then tried to hit me back. At that point, I was about to snap when the teacher yelled at us, "Ladies all sparring matches are to take place on the mat where we can see you and make sure it doesn't get too out of hand". 

"Then that's where we are going," I said. 

Toby walked next to me on our way over to the mat and leaned in, "What are you doing we need her to trust us,". 

"She started something that she can't finish," and with that, I jumped on the mat. 

Candy got on to and took the first move. That was her first mistake. She was off balance so I went for the obvious move and kicked her legs out from under her. She was down in seconds. I went to land a hard blow to her ribs but she rolled out of the way just in time that I missed her. Candy caught me while I was down and managed to land a swift and hard kick to my stomach that threw me back just a little. With that, I snapped. I looked over and saw that Toby tensed up and got ready to grab me incase it went too far but I kept going. I struck her on the side of the head and she was down. She tried to get up but I landed the same kick that she landed on me not even moments earlier. That didn't go on long because she got enough space between us that she was able to get up again. Something inside me snapped and I lounged at her and got her on the ground and all I did was throw punch after punch at her. I got her stomach and face a few times before I heard whistleblowing and felt Toby pulling me off of her. 

I knew that I had gone too far when I looked down and saw a mixture of Candy's blood and my blood on my knuckles. The teachers ran towards Candy who jumped up and lunged at me. I tripped Toby and went right back at her. It took Toby and one other boy to pull me off of Candy and they pinned me down on the floor. Candy was being pulled back by a teacher and another student. When I got a good look at her face I had to hide a smile because she had a busted lip and a gash on her cheek. 

Toby picked me up and carried me into another room and Candy was being dragged to the other side of the gym. A teacher came running in and came into the room I was in while the teacher with Candy was trying to get her to calm down so they could look at her face. 

"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING (Y/N)", Toby was screaming at me. 

"She attacked first and I finished", I spat back. 

"You went too far,". 

"You and Candy are both going to the office," a teacher yelled, "When you hear that whistle you are to stop the fight not keep pounding or go after her when someone is trying to hold you back". 

Candy left first and they sent me to the nurse to be checked out to make sure nothing was broken or hurt badly. I was there for about 20 minutes when Toby walked in with my bags and uniform. 

"They want you to get changed then I need to walk you to the office by the time we get there Candy should be gone,". 

I got changed and went to the office with Toby carrying my bag next to me. We saw Candy walking out of the office and Toby grabbed my arm and the teachers with Candy grabbed her. When we passed she smiled at me, "Well that was fun". 

I tried to stop but Toby kept pulling me and we walked into the office. The principal was waiting for me and didn't say anything just motioned for me to go in the room. Toby tried to go in with me and she just pointed to a chair outside the door and told him to sit. He did as he was told and sat there with our bags. 

"What happened?" she asked me as soon as the door shut. 

"She picked a fight with me when I was trying to do my own training in the back corner with Toby,". 

"There has to be more to the story than that". 

"I was doing my training and she walked over to me and tried to touch me," I looked at her out of the corner of my eye, "I don't like people touching me ever". 

"That called for you to swing at her?".

"That was to get her away anyone else would have left but she came at me after that". 

"Well I hope your happy because both of you are suspended for the two days, detention for a week, and you are on the side of the gym watching training for two weeks". 

"That's not fair she started it". 

"And I'm ending it. You may leave". 

I got up and grabbed my bag, "let's go back to class Toby,". 

"No you are both dismissed for the day I will have a car drive you back you may go get your things from your lockers and you will go to the main gate and the car will be waiting," she said to us bluntly. 

I walked out without saying anything back. We went to our lockers and I grabbed my books and we walked out of the school. The car was waiting just as she said so we got in and rode back home in perfect silence. For once we didn't have to walk from the bus stop though because they dropped us off right at our house which worked out perfectly.
