chapter 10- entrance exams [p2]

a hand full of students all stood outside the gates of the fake city C. y/n looked around and saw no one she recognized and was starting to get anxious. she opened the pouch on her belt and took out her essential oils and put a drop on her hand before smelling it. then she felt a tap on her shoulder.

"hey your the girl from the front. just couldn't get enough of me huh?" he says putting his hand under his chin again. "o-ohh. hey ummmm... sorry I didn't catch your name." y/n says putting a hand behind her head. "oh. I'm Denki Kaminari! and you are pretty lady?" he says, putting his hand out. "o-oh y/n. I don't like to use my last name. but  I want to ask a question Kaminari- are you always this much of a flirt?" she asks as Denki sinks into the ground out of embarrassment.

Y/n's phone then starts ringing, she takes it out and sees hawks is calling. she answers it and turns around. "hey what's up Hawks?" "hey kid are you at the entrance exams?" hawks says flying in the air.  "yup we're bout to start the physical exams. so you have like 5 minutes to talk bird brain."

"well I just wanted to say good luck kid. I know you'll do great. now I gotta go but keep calm kid." hawks hung up after saying that. "right... I got this... If I fail I'm not just failing me... I'm failing Hawks, Deku, Madison, and me..." y/n says shakily. she turns around and looks at Denki who is now laying on the ground. "... Kaminari? uhhh... the exams will start soo-" 

"ok, go!" present mic says. without bothering to listen to the rest y/n takes off knowing she has to get ahead of others. she pulls out her knife she brought and spots a 1-point villain. she analyzed it before jumping onto it and stabbing its hard wear. she then spots a 3-point villain she hops off of the 1-point to the 3-point jabbing her knife into its neck popping its head off. she keeps doing this with a bunch more robots getting about 6 points before others started running in.

"what is that 17?!? I lost count!! come on just gotta get more points!! my quirk is useless here!! uhhg! if I would have known I would have brought something useful!! my bow, my swords, something!!!" y/n yells running up to another 3-point. 

"everyone else's quirks are so cool. that girl over there is just throwing acid on those robots!" y/n thinks as she pop's off another villain's head. "what is that 23?" she says before looking over to where a giant robot was emerging. "WHOLY SHIT!!! ISN'T THAT A LITTLE TO BIG!?!? HOW MUCH MONEY DOES THIS SCHOOL HAVE!?!?" she then sees Denki with his thumbs up just walking around. and a boy with gray hair and a boy with black hair trying to yell at him. "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT IDIOT DOING!?!" y/n's feet move on their own as she runs over. 

"KAMINARI!!" she yells, throwing him over her shoulder.  she then grabs the black and grey haired boys quickly. she runs away with the 3 until they are safe. she throws the 3 off her back . "you idiots you could have been killed! now I need to get more points!!" she runs off leaving the 3 dumb founded.

"come on just a couple more-" 

"times up!" present mic yells and a small siren goes off. "ok... h-hopefully I got enough point- oww-" y/n looks down to see a piece of metal from a bot was jammed into her calf. "shit..." she says sitting on the ground. "ok-ok stay calm the worst that could happen is it gets infected..." she says as she pulls the metal out of her calf. "ohhh- oww that hurt."

"hey there, were you hurt? " y/n looks up to see a lady with grey hair in a bun looking down at her. "o-oh! yeah b-but it's no big deal really I-Its fine- wait. your recovery girl aren't you?" y/n says looking at the woman. "I'm surprised you know me. now let me just kiss your head it seems to be a medium sized cut." she says kissing her head. "y-yeah Hawks told me a little about you. t-thank you." she says as her wound heals. "No problem deary" she says walking away.

y/n stands up and makes her way home. she flops on her bed and sleeps for a couple of hours.

"hello? oh hey Izuku! you did!?! that's great! huh? oh Madison should be here with my mail soon. no she applied to a different hero school. my whole family has always graduated from Ketubutsu high. welp gotta go bye deku!" y/n says hanging up the phone. she then walks down stairs and takes some mochi out of the freezer ready to eat it. "Y/NNN!!!" Madison yells running through the door, startling Y/n making her drop her mochi. "my mochi..." y/n says sadly. [f in the chat for floor mochi.]

Madison throws the rest of y/n's mail on the table and hands y/n the letter from UA. "it's here!! open it NOW!!" y/n takes the letter and opens it carefully seeing a little disk like thing. all of a sudden a hologram appears with a projection of, all might! "I AM HERE AS A PROJECTION!!" 

"A-ALL MIGHT!?!" Madison and Y/n scream. 

"I came into this town to work at UA! now to the results! young y/n you passed the written exam and the practical! originally you only had 22 points, but the entrance exam was not only graded by villain points! huh? hey what are you-"

"my show now All Might! hey kid! I heard they were sending out these hologram things and wanted to be in yours!" hawks says pushing All Might out of the way. "hawks you bird brain." y/n says smacking her face.

"so basically kid, there are also rescue points! and you saving those 3 kids gave you 48 rescue points! that's a total of 70 points! you passed kid! I'm so proud y/n! now I gotta run out before I get in trouble but I'll stop by your house when your letter gets there!" hawks runs out of frame and the video ends.

"you passed!! Y/n you did it!!" Madison yells looking over at y/n seeing her start to tear up. "I did it..." y/n wipes her eyes and sits down in a chair. "I did it... I FUCKIN DID IT!!" she yells standing back up. then hawks comes through the door. "hey kid! you did it! I'm so proud!" hawks says hugging y/n.

after talking for a bit y/n finally checks her phone to see a bunch of texts from a worried Izuku, saying if she didn't pass it was ok and that he was on his way to check on her. "deku is on his way. he was worried cause I wasn't responding." she says.

on que Izuku knocks on the door and y/n answers it quickly. "koemi! are you ok!? its fine if you didn't pass!" he yells quickly. "Izuku! I passed! I did It!! I'm gonna be a hero with you!" y/n yells getting excited. "you did!?! great job koemi! I'm so happy!"

A/N: sorry if it seems cut off but I ran out of ideas for this chapter

also quick side note: hawks didn't go to UA. I am aware of this fact- butttt- I am making him know a lot of the hero's who work at Ua just for *cough* Comedy *cough*
