*Y/n's POV*

Y/n and Lucent were waiting for Barbamon to come talk to them. They had agreed on meeting him at Y/n's home, which was made as neutral territory. A lot of other Digimon would disagree about having a humans home as neutral territory, but it had to be done. Mainly they couldn't risk Laylamon or any of the other Seven Lords showing up and causing Hell. Y/n just got lucky that Barbamon didn't want to cause trouble.

Ellan and James, Y/n's parents were shocked over the fact that Barbamon had been living on Earth for so long. Which meant the Tears have been opening longer than what was originally thought. Everyone was in the kitchen. The tension was so thick in the air that it could be cut with a knife. Lucent was in his human form, opting to be a bit more comfortable in such a confined space.

"So what makes you two think that Barbamon won't try to attack you while he is here?" James asks.

"He won't," said Lucent. "Both Y/n and I are a lot stronger than he is if needed."

"What do you mean?" Ellan asks.

Y/n pulls out her phone. She opens up the YouTube app. It doesn't take her long to find the video of her and Lucent fusing and then fighting Beelzemon. Y/n hands her phone to her parents. She watches their expressions change from confusion to shock to bewilderment.

"You and Lucent BioMerge?! Such a thing isn't possible without being partners and not having a Digivice!" James snaps.

Y/n quickly takes her phone away from her parents. "Yeah well it happened."

"Barbamon thinks the reason why we fused is the same reason why he didn't destroy Earth when he first arrived," said Lucent. He leaves the kitchen, sensing that Barbamon had just arrived. He heads to the front door and opens it. Barbamon was standing outside. "I suggest you change to your human form so you don't cause another argument."

Barbamon looks past Lucent and could hear Y/n arguing with her parents in the kitchen. He could hear how bad the argument was going.

*Lucemon FM's POV*

Lucent waits outside til Barbamon was able to change to his human form. "I get the feeling you've been on Earth a lot longer than what you told Y/n and I," said Lucent.

"That is correct. I've been on Earth since the 1950's. That's when the very first Tear in which Daemon sent me to stake out the Earth. It was during that first Tear I left the Digital World and came to Earth with intent of destroying it." Once Barbamon was in his human disguise, he straightens his clothes out. "But during my first year of planning I noticed at how my powers were still sustained despite me not living back in the Digital World anymore. There are quiet a few ways for our powers to be nourished. I found out that humans are very greedy in nature and I could sustain myself indefinitely."

"So you mean..."

"Yes. What our seals represent, that sin feeds us. Yours is Pride as I last recall. So tell me, how have you been feeding since your arrival to Earth?"

Lucent was about to answer when he hears Y/n's argument with her parents escalate. He turns around and heads back inside, Barbamon follows behind him.

"Hey at least I didn't have sex with him yet and still taking our relationship slow at first!" Y/n nearly screams before she storms out of the kitchen. She shoves past Lucent and Barbamon and leaves the house, slamming the door behind her.

Lucent walks into the kitchen. "Did I miss something?" Lucent asks.

"Y/n shouldn't even be your partner and yet she was able to do a BioMerge with you," said James. He had his hands clenched in fists to the point his knuckles were turning white.

"James is just in shock over the fact about you two BioMerging," said Ellan.

"Hey I didn't want her to come to my aid. I thought we were just friends."

"It could be because of the break-up she had with her ex." Ellan looks over to James who was still very angry. "Honey listen to reason. Even if they do get together, nothing will come from it."

"Ma'am sorry to intrude but..." Barbamon steps into the kitchen and both James and Ellwn look at him in fright. They knew who he was.

"Why are you here?!" James asks.

"Y/n and Lucent asked me to come here to discuss their upcoming battles with the other Seven Lords, the ones who still support Daemon's whole idea to conqure Earth," said Barbamon.

"But why are you like the way you are?" Ellan asks.

"Like Lucent, I have a human disguise which I used to blend in with the humans. I go by the name Dennis when I am in this form."

"This doesn't make any sense. We thought Digimon could've survive for long periods of time outside of the Digital World." James sits down at the table, finally calmed to the point where he felt the need to sit down.

"I've been around since the 1950's. That's when one of the earlier Tears happened. You'd be surprised at how long we've been coming to Earth."

Ellan's eyes widen in horror. "You're saying that humans and Digimon been interacting with each other for many years? How is that possible?"

"I'll tell you but I'd prefer you all be in the same room. I suggest someone goes to find Y/n before she ends up running into Beelzemon or worse," said Barbamon.

"I'll go find her," said Lucent. He leaves the house to go find Y/n. He had a good idea where she would go hide when she was upset.
