I was making my way back home with a large bag full of all the food I could possibly find. I couldn't let my brother starve of course, he seemed to have become bottomless. I got to our front door and looked over at the old restaurant Sans used to go to all the time "Grillby's". It had steam coming from the ventilation unit. Strange? Wasn't he closed? I walked to the front door, locked. I picked up a large rock and raised it above my head, throwing it through the door. Instantly the heat began to escape from the broken glass door engulfing me in a huge wave of steam, like a sauna. I stepped in, my boots crackling on the broken glass.
"Hello? Is anyone here? It's Papyrus, Sans little-big brother!" I said hopefully loud enough for anyone in the building to hear.
The response was pots and pans clanging in the kitchen as the door blasted open, letting lava pour out the door. A very angry-looking lava monster lumbered towards me gurgling screams. I shrieked and left hastily. He came to the door and froze into solid lava rock, the cold must have cured him of his lava monster ways. The lava continued into the snow and steam rose up to the cave ceiling. The ice began to melt a little and there was a cracking noise like a gunshot. I ran back to our house as a large section of the ceiling fell down and crushed my brother's friend and favorite restaurant. "That wasn't my fault" I shrugged.
"Of course not Papyrus, you would never do something like that" a voice told me full of reassurance.
I nodded and went into our house, the couch was empty. The blankets were dragged across the floor and went slightly up the stairs.
"S-Sans?!" I stuttered with a heavy feeling making its home in my chest.
I went upstairs and pushed open his already partly open door. He wasn't there either, I spent a full half an hour searching for my brother through Snowdin. I fell to my knees at the house again with the voice screaming and telling me he forgot about me, he didn't care anymore, he hated me because I wasn't enough. I couldn't stand it, I held my head, crying. I couldn't handle it, he had been knocked out for long enough and had left me so lonely, and now he was back and left me the moment I went to take care of him. Unless.....someone took him, y-yeah! That's it! He wouldn't leave me! He was just......my mind echoed one name all at once. She....took him from me AGAIN!! I started laughing, I didn't know why, but it felt good to laugh. I stood up with my eyes glowing and pouring with tears. I walked to my room and grabbed my sword, slinging it to my side and throwing the bag over my shoulder full of food and other supplies. I would find Sans, even if it killed me. I couldn't stand being alone at all again. I left our house, barely glancing back at the crushed building in the distance. I walked into the beginning of the old Waterfall which had turned.
I thought about what she could've been doing to him, he...could already be de-NO! My brother can take care of himself, but then again she did kidnap him. He wouldn't let her kill him though, his magic is powerful enough. The place was so ugly, I saw a fork in the path, a sign said "Temmie Village" and the other said Hotland. Maybe Undyne took Sans to Alphys so they could both torture him together, or maybe Sans wanted to get me a gift from the little Temmie's shop! I decided I could check out the Tem Shop first and started walking that way.
