Attempt To Reach Sanity

As soon as I closed the door behind me I let out a deep breath as soon as I start to feel my heart slow down after feeling it was about to jump out of my chest a few minutes ago. I don't get this way, hardly ever. Then I get near her and I feel things I haven't felt before ever in my life. It's scary.

There was also the fact that I had just given a gun to her which is a lot like giving a gun to a child. You wouldn't ever do that of course but I had no choice. I knew giving her that gun wasn't the right thing to do but she made herself very clear last night that she was staying to see everything out so I needed her to have something she could use to protect herself. I knew what we were up against and things were about to get ugly really fast, especially with my plan today.

Leo said got some things from the convenience store to make breakfast for us which usually is just toast and eggs when we're together but as I walk into the kitchen I was faced with a table filled with pancakes, eggs, toast, and bacon. He was trying to impress the girl but I wouldn't imagine her the type to get easily impressed with things like this.

I sat down on one of the chairs as Leo follows sitting across from me. He digs into his plate but I was at least going to wait for her to come out. You know basic human decency that Leo lacks as he stuffs his face with bacon strips. Not too long after she walks out of the bathroom looking more refreshed than she did when I woke her up. She walks towards the kitchen and I watch her as her eyes widen and a familiar smile rises on her face. I guess I was wrong about being easily impressed.

She nearly sprints to the table filling up the vacant seat in the middle of Leo and me and hastily makes her plate.

"Wow Leo, did you make all of this? Harry had said not to expect too much but this is great. Thank you for doing this."

"Yeah, I thought so too. Where was my big breakfast all the nights I stayed over here?" I knew what he was up to and I didn't like it.

"What do you mean? We have a guest of course Im gonna go all out." He mumbles with food in his mouth that makes Aurora giggle. I didn't find it funny, more like disgusted but to each its own.

"You didn't have to do all that for me, I would've been grateful for the toast and eggs. Thank you though. I haven't had the biggest appetite since we arrived, but this looks too good to pass up." she says so casually before taking her first bite of food.

I started to eat now that everyone was here but as I ate I wondered if the stress of everything took a toll on her so much that she wasn't eating. I didn't want to worry about her, that's why I gave her the gun in the first place. So she can learn how to hold her own but here I am worrying about her eating. Get a hold of yourself, Harry.

After we ate I let everyone get themselves ready before I called them all out on Leo's balcony just to go over things. Leo showed up first in his usual attire, black jeans and a plain tee as we waited for Aurora who had just gotten clothes from Leo's sister Jasmine. Her style was well way out there, telling from Auroras it was the complete opposite. So seeing how Jasmine styled her would be amusing.

She finally steps out and Leo was so close to saying something that I gave him a look telling him to refrain. Well, it wasn't her usual style. She came out with a cropped sweater with big holes that were easy to see through it and ripped black jeans with her sneakers. I adverted my eyes quickly enough that she didn't catch me staring at her for too long. Anyways we were all here because I had a plan that needed to get done today.

"So boss, you gonna tell us this grand plan you whipped up? See you're in deep thought but haven't said a word." Leo spits out first. I wasn't going to tell them bout my plan to kill Sebastian. They wouldn't have let me go through with it and it would've caused more complications so, I lied.
