Some of my toops called me when I'm training, He said the king wants to meet me. When I got there, I see him and his daughter. The king has 6 wives and this is the daughter from his third wife. I actually know her a little, Princess Natalie, she is about 2 or 3 younger then me, we used to play when we were a child. She is the princess king's most closest to, so she used to cone with king, almost everywhere he goes. She is independent princess, not like her sisters who's still stick with tue rules completely, she always says what she is wanna di or wants, she is smart and already learnt a little material arts, she's so nice and not judging people easily. When I got there, Easton already with them, talking and laughing, because Easton too consideredas one of many her childhood friends.

"Good afternoon, King Gerhard and her highness princess Natalie." I bowed

"Come on Kaden, stop all the formality, when just us here." She said

I smilled, that tge princess Natalie I know, that what make her easily to be friends with. "Still, I have to bow to the king."

King Gerhard laugh, "I like that attitude of yours. You're never fail me Kaden and Eastob, I'm glad that I trust my instinct to get you to the army, and now, we have the strongest army in this area."

"You've praised us too much, we dont deserve it." Said Easton

King laugh once again. " Well, the old ones will leave, I know my daughter doesn't like when I interrupted her reunion with her friends. I just here to accompanied her anyway."

"Come on father, I've been with you those whole week, now I want to meet my friend."

After the king leave, we start our usual conversation without any formalities. Natalie just got home after her study. She wants to know much more things, so she decide to going to Egypt and Mesopothamia 2 years ago.

"Can't believe it, after 2 years Easton gonna get married. I will curse yiu if you get married without telling me or invite me !"

"I know that. That's why I ask my fiancee to hold our wedding until this fall. How can't I'm not waiting our princess to come ?" Said Easton

"How about you Kaden ? Are you planning to get married, soon ?" She said again

"For now, I haven't found the one I love, maybe if I found one, I'm gonna get married."

Natalie smiled full of meaning. Something in her smile that make her looks so happy. "What ?" I said

"Nothing, I just thinking something wonderful."

A big welcome party was held that nigh to welcoming princess Natalie, all the people in that kingdom are invited. There's so much food to feed everyone, they held a party like there's no tommorow. In the main ceremony, the king's family will walk the main street to the palace, everybody anxiously welcoming they beloved king.

As their commander, I walk with them, protecting the parade.
"How I miss my people..." said some sweet voice in my back, then someone hold my hand.

"Natalie !" I whisper "You can't do this." I said while let go of her hold

"Why ?" She said while hold my hand again, and rise her smile in her beautiful face.

"So many people here, it's innapropriate !" I whisper again

"Not to worry, not a little longer they're gonna accept us !" She said

"What do you mean ?" I ask

"I ask my father if I can marry you, and he agreed."

"What ?" I haven't understand what she said at all, but we enterd the palace where the ceremony was held.

"Thank you to my beloved people, for come to my princess's welcome party, there are food for everyone, enjoy this day." Said the king, followed by cheered by every citizen in that country.

Before that, I have one more announcement !" Said the king. The cheer suddenly calmed down, everybody's waiting for the big news. "I'm gonna marrying my own daughter, princess Natalie, to my proud first army commander, Haggart Kaden !"

The cheer can be heard again, more merrier. I stonned, I can't say anything, some of my troops congrats me, but some despise me more, for me who has an unclear background to get to married the princess. "I hope you can accept it, Kaden." Said the king.

"It's my honour, your highness, to be believed in the care your daughter, i'm not gonna dissapointed you." I said.

That's a lie. I never can accept another person to get intimate with me. I'm in love with someone else, I can't love abother person again in my life, but I owe the king too much, and I can't dissapointed princess Natalie, I can't take down her pride in front of this people, moreover she's my bestfriend, she's always helping me and my brothers in the orphan, much or less I owe her too.

While I talkto the king and the very happy princess Natalie, I feel prince Shelton's looks, burn me to ashes. I can't look back to him, I don't wantto, not in this awkward situation. He is glaring at me, and make me nervous, I can't think straight, he is the one I love, the one that always embracing me for this 2 years already.

I know it's wrong, but, instead of hating him, my love for him seems to get deeper, and I know I'm making him angry for accepting this proposal, but, Hey... he won't be that angry, right. He has no feeling for me anyway, he will just get over it in a secobd. But, untill this party is over, his glare following wherever I go.
