"Why me?"

"Because you may like her. She's a sweet girl, sure she can be a moody teen like you and Loona but Stolas really liked you when you met him for the first time so he wanted to introduce you to his daughter" Blitzo told me. I just looked at him and sighed.

"Fine. I'll go" I said and he jumped to hug me. I dodged his arms and walked out of the room.
"Dad!" I yelled and he appeared right in front of me

"Yes, Y/n?" He asked and I handed him some papers

"These are too you and these are for mom," I said and he took them

"Thanks, N/n," he said and walked out of the room to hand mom her papers.

"Hey, Loona! Got any drinks in that fridge?" I yelled and she tossed me a soda. "Thanks!" "Shut up!" She yelled and I chuckled.

~ After work; At the mansion ~

I was standing at the Goetia family's mansion when I felt a nudge on my arm
"Let's get-go and see your princess," Blitzo said and I rolled my eyes.

We walked over to the front door and knocked. A Butler opened the door and he leads us to the dining room where we saw Stolas already sitting at the table, his daughter nowhere in sight.

"Oh Blitzy, you made it! I see you have Y/n with you." "Nice to meet you again, sir"

"Call me Stolas, oh! You must meet my daughter. Via! Come in and say hi to our guests!" He called and in walked a beautiful owl girl. I stared at her as she walked over to us and stood beside Stolas.

"Y/n, this is my daughter, Octavia. Octavia, this is Y/n. I thought I would introduce them to you so you can know each other and you may get a few more friends" Stolas said and Octavia sighed. "Yeah, yeah," she said and walked over to her chair.

"I'm sorry about her mood. Her mother just left the mansion after a small argument. So take no offense if she says something to you" Stolas whispered and both Blitzo and I nodded.

~ After dinner ~

Octavia and I were walking in the garden of the Goetia mansion when I stopped to look at an f/c rose. Via stopped as well and looked at me.
"What are you doing?" She asked and I picked the rose and looked at her.

"Comparing a small little rose to a very beautiful and independent girl," I said and she stared into my e/c orbs. Her red eyes relaxed in my gaze and she slowly walked closer and laid her head on my chest. "It's hard" she whispered and I hugged her with my free arm.

"I know. But you must know. That even if your family is not completed... you still have your parents... and me." She looked at me and I pressed my lips on hers. She was shocked but soon kissed back and hugged me around the neck.

We parted and stared into each other's eyes. "You're a very beautiful, smart, funny girl... and I would like to ask you to go on a date with me?" I said and she smiled and hugged me tighter

"That would be lovely, Y/n"
