Another fight, and another suffering day without having his lovely daughter by his side.

It had been tough day for the prince.
His wife, Stella had a tantrum again and complained about the fact that the prince had been caught being with that Imp again last night at the full moon.

"That's it! Octavia, come here, now!" Stella yelled and the teen tugged on her father's shirt more. Stella noticed and grabbed her wrist while shining Stolas away from Octavia and began to drag her out "No! Mom, let me go!" She complained "Via..." Stolas said in a whisper as the door slammed close.

He could hear the screams from his daughter's protests and his wife yelling. He slowly sat himself down to the edge of the bed and held his head in his hands.

"It's all your fault!" Stella's words attacked his mind as he grabbed his phone. He took a deep breath before hold the phone to his ear.

Beep... Beep... Be— "WHAT?!" Blitzo screamed, which made Stolas close his eyes and move a bit away from the phone before holding it back to his ear.

"Hello Blitzy..." he said in a low voice, making Blitzo look a bit surprised
"Stolas? What do you want now? I'm not gonna come over and—"

"Would you... join me for a walk?" Stolas cut the Imp off.

Not that Stolas could see, but Blitzo's eyes widened and his heart stopped for a moment. 'What the fuck?' He thought before answering the prince, "Um... s-sure. I'll see you at the usual spot" he said and hanged up.

Blitzø put back the phone in his pocket as he just stared at nothing special, what had he just accepted— "Loona! I'm going out for a bit!" He called through the house.

"Yeah, sure!" His adoptive daughter yelled back.

~ Time skip; ~

Blitzo and Stolas were silently staring out at the horizon.

Stolas had used the book to transfer them onto the living world which was not the first time, since their spot was secluded from human eyes reach.

Blitzo glanced from time to time at the tall prince. He didn't know what was wrong with him but he was to worried to ask.

Stolas then held his head in his hands and let out a small sob. Blitzo stared in pure shock as Stolas sobs became louder. He wiped away his own tears as new fell down.

The prince glanced at Blitzo "I'm sorry, Blitzø... that you have to see me like this" he said and Blitzo just stood there, unknown on what to do. So all he did was hold a hand on Stolas shoulder a bit awkwardly. "Um... You wanna talk about it or...? I- I may not be so good at comforting but..." he said and looked at Stolas that was staring at him with teary eyes.

Stolas then dragged Blitzo into his lap and hugged him tightly, laying his head on the Imp's shoulder. "What—*Stolas sob* Stolas?" Blitzo asked and the owl hugged him tighter

"Just... hold me" he whispered and Blitzo sighed as he slowly began to hug back. It was nice, he couldn't lie about that, so what he did, shocked both him and Stolas.

Blitzo leaned a kiss onto the owl's forehead. As soon as realization hit the two males. They stared at each other before Stolas smiled with a small blush on his cheeks.

"Blitzø... what do you feel about me?"

"I... I—" Blitzo stopped and stared at Stolas for a second. His eyes staring right into Stolas red once and sighed while laying his head against the owl's chest "I don't know," he whispered and Stolas held back the tears that pricked his eyes.

"It's alright... Just, leave me alone for awhile" he said and sat the Imp down to his feet and opened the portal, "Stolas..."

"Blitzø, please... I need some time to think. I'm sorry for dragging you out this late" he said and walked over to a nearby tree. He hid behind it and leaned against it with a hand over his mouth as he tried to hold in his sobs.
The demon he truly loved and needed the most wasn't feeling the same.

Meanwhile, Blitzo was looking over towards Stolas spot, regretting his answer.
He glanced at the portal, but stayed and watched over the prince as he was thinking through his own thoughts— He was scared, scared of loosing his feelings for the owl. He never wanted to admit he loved him because of Stolas being a prince and Blitzo being an Imp, it would never work and I guess they'll never know about each other's strong feelings.

Blitzo looked out at the horizon again, the sunset hitting his face just when Stolas looked back at the Imp. His eyes widen and he could feel his heart beat faster... 'What am I gonna do with you?' He thought and sighed.

Stolas sat back down on the ground, leaning against the tree and closed his eyes,

Blitzo closed his eyes and took in the worm feeling of the sun shining in his face,
