I couldn't believe this! I thought we were done with this guy! Now what are we going to do?
"Jordan?" I asked.
"Yeah Beth?"
"What are we gonna do?"
"I already called the cops. They are going to come and investigate some things, maybe why Alice's dad wants her so badly. Uh, no offense Al."
I sighed. "When are they coming?"
"Soon, maybe 30 minutes to an hour."
"Okay. We should clean the house a bit though. Don't you think?"
"Yeah, to make it easier for them to look around."
"Okay. Let's get started."
Jordan's POV
Great. I thought that Alice and I would maybe start living normal lives. I was even thinking about asking her to be my girlfriend.. no. That's a dumb idea. What am I thinking.
But now her stupid dad is looking for her. Or something Alice has. Because I don't think he cares about her. Considering he used to hurt her, and ignore her..
