My eyes widened as I looking down, I started crying.
"I'm so sorry Jug..the cops are on there way" Archie said hugging me as I cried in his arms.
"Jughead. I'm so sorry..about Nick, I never knew he was a monster, but you can't..press charges." Veronica said
"Why the hell not?" Archie asked
"Once you get one penny from the St. Clairs..they will come after you, and I don't want you guys getting hurt. More then you already are." She said
"He doesn't deserve to just go be free!?" Archie said standing up
"He isn't, he is going to spend a month in the jail back in Nee York" she said
"A month? Veronica he should be rotting for life in a cell!" Archie shouted
"At least he is going to jail, and not walking the streets hurting more people!" Veronica said
"Arch..he won't be...in Riverdale..anymore.." I said grabbing his arm
"What if he comes back?" Archie asked
"He won't." Veronica answered firmly
"Alright. Jug, let's get you home" He said as we walked out
We got home, I went straight to my room and just covered up.
^two hours later^
"Juggy?" Archie said opening to door
"Yes?" I said still facing towards the wall
"How you holding up.." he said laying on the bed, wrapping his arms around me
"Just thinking..about how stupid I was..."
"Stupid?" He said turning me around facing him
"Why..why would I accept the drink..why would I allow him to do that.." I said looking up at him
"Because it's nice to accept things, but you had no way of stopping him from doing that, you were passing out." He said looking down at me
"Jughead, you are the smartest person I know, your the best person in my life, and I hate seeing you upset, especially at yourself. And also because it wasn't even your fault." Archie said putting his hand on my cheek
"Do you believe me, Jughead?" He asked
"Yes." I said scooting closer to him
"I'll protect you, Juggy" He said as I wrapped my arms around him
I snuggled into him as he covered us up. Soon we slowly fell asleep.
^next morning^
I got up before Archie, going to take a shower, getting dressed, and then made breakfast for Archie.
I open the door and bring the food, setting it on the table.
"Wake up, my love" I said rubbing his back
"I made you breakfast" I said as his eyes opened
He sat up, as I brought the food on him, as I kissed his cheek.
"Your happy today" he said smiling
"I wanted to put a smile on my face for you! Eat up, I have fun thing we're doing today!" I said leaving him to eat
He came out of my room and got dressed as I was waiting downstairs for him
"So what are we doing today?" He asked
"We are going to Six Flags, your mom said you love going there"
"Thats so cool, but Jug..we don't have to do anything. I know your not over what happened with Nick-"
"I just want to do something fun, and I want to be happy and forget about Nick. Can we do that?" I asked
"Yeah, of course Juggy" He said as I kissed him.
We got in his truck and went on over to six flags, and begun to get on rides.
"Want to go on my favorite one?" Archie asked
"Which is that?" I asked
"The Kingda Ka, it's 456 ft tall, the biggest ride here."
"Sure, doesn't sound horrible!"
We go to the Kingda Ka, and oh my god.
"This..is your favorite ride?!" I asked
"Yup" he said as we walked in line
"Don't worry I'll be right next to you the whole time" he said rubbing my back
"We're next..." I said
"You exited?!" He said smiling
"No. Not at all.." I said as I get on
"Is everyone ready?" The worker says
"Wait what, why can't he get on?!" I said, as someone else sat beside me
"He has to wait for the next turn, there are to many people on the ride" the worker said as she buckled us down
"I can't do this without him!?" I said trying to get out
"Sorry, it's too late." The worker said letting us off.
My life had flashed before my eyes, I could speak. It was to fast I couldn't even move. I couldn't even close my eyes.
"How was your ride!" The worker asked everyone.
I got off quickly as everyone was cheering.
"I'm never riding this again." I told archie as he started laughing
"Nice hair" he said as it was everywhere
"Oh hush." I said as we walked out of the ride.
^after riding all the rides, back at the house^
"That was fun, I'm glad we got to do this today, Juggy" Archie said as we walked in the house
"Well after that horrible ride I rode today, I'm tired." I said chuckling
"Let's get his royal highness to bed!" Archie said picking me up, skipping up they stairs and flopping us on my bed, covering us up.
"Ugh your to good for me, Archie" I said smiling
"I try to be the best for you" he said kissing my head.
We ended the night snuggling and sleeping. Until the nightmare happened.
