~ Archie's POV ~

"Hey mom..about your Nick customer.."

"What about him, Archie?"

"He isn't innocent."

"And how would you know?"

"Because Nick..he was at a party of Veronica's and he tried to assault Jughead, mom."

"Archie, you didn't think to tell me this sooner?!"

"Now there is a rapist walking the streets of New York, and maybe could come back to Riverdale"

"Can't you just tell the court?"

"I'll try. God, Archie. His parents work with Hiram Lodge, they come down at the end of each month."

"You have to get Nick behind bars within two weeks, so he doesn't step foot in this town."

"I'll do what I can." She said as I walked back upstairs into Jughead's room

"She said she will do what she can.." I said sitting next to Jug on the bed

"I hope she can win against him.." He said, leaning his head against my shoulder

"I'm sure he will loose, my moms a good lawyer" I chuckled

"Thank you..Archie.." he said looking at me

"For what, love?" I asked

"For sticking by my side, and fighting for me.." He said grabbing my hands

"I love you, so much, Archie.."

"I love you too, Juggy. I will always fight for you, and be on your side." I said kissing him softly, as he put his hand on my thigh.

I pulled him on top of me, as he pulled off my shirt, I kissed him deeply, removing his shirt as we fall back on the bed.

"Wait, Jug..are you ready..to do this..after..Nick?" I asked

"I trust you..Archie..I want to do this with you..I want you." He said, as I kissed him, rolling over on top of him, running my hands down his body, as he kissed down my neck.

I removed his and my pants as I bite his lower lip. I sat up on the bed, with Jug on my lap with his legs wrapped around my torso, I kiss him sliding my tongue, running my hands up and down his back.

He grips my arms as he softly moans, he removed our boxers, as I stick my d*ck up him, as we both moan loudly. He slowly grinds me as I thrust my hips.

"F-faster" I moaned in his ear, as he picked up the pace. We both moaned as I leaned my head back. As I go up further into him. He moaned loudly.

"Hey boys, dinner is almost here, I'll bring it up in a minute"My mom said through the door

"A-Alright" I said as I kissed him deeply.

"We should get dressed, before she gets in here" he said leaning his head back

We got dressed and layed back down in bed as she came back in with some Pops, laying it in front of us.

"You alright Archie, your look like your sweating?" She asked

"Yeah, mom. I was doing some exercises on the floor earlier before you came in" I said

"Okay..." she said walking back out

"So I'm an exercise?" Jughead said smiling, I laughed leaning down to kiss him softly, as we ate our food.

"Oh and boys, I tried looking more into the Nick problem, and until I have legal proof that Nick did that he won't be sent away" my mom said frowning

"Jughead isn't proof enough?" I said

"No, the St. Clairs said the victim was in New York, and Jughead can't fight himself against the St. Clairs without enough proof, if they win that battle in court Jughead could even go to jail, so could I" she said

"This is bad to say, but I think we should let this go."

"Mom you said it yourself, that they come here at the end of every month, how can we protect Jughead?"

"We will keep him indoors, we will keep him here, I'll go get things if you need anything from outside"

"He won't be able to get any of us if we're indoors, Arch.." He said grabbing my hand

"Fine." I said to my mom

She nodded as she left the room.

"Since next week is the end if month I want us to have fun" He said looking at me

"Alright, Juggy. What should we do?" I asked smiling

"Let's go to the festival that just arrived in town, the Ferris wheel looks fun" he smiled

After we ate we got dressed, and made our way to the festival.

"Let's get some Cotten candy" I said walking over to it

"I'll get us a spot in line" he said walking to the Ferris wheel line

"Here you are" I said handing him the Cotten candy as I got in line with him

"Jughead!" Said a voice coming from behind us

"Nick..." I said BOM glaring at him

"Why are you back in town this week?" I asked firmly

"Well my parents wanted to share with the Lodges about the little stunt you tried to get me in" He said staring at Jughead

"Stunt? 𝙱𝚒𝚝𝚌𝚑, you know what you did." I said

"I'm not sure it's what you think, Jughead completely didn't stop me, so how would I know to stop?" He said touching Jugheads waist.

I grabbed Jughead, as we sprinted to the car.

"Come here" I said hugging him tightly, as he started crying.

"We have proof now, and I swear to you we will get his 𝚊𝚜𝚜 in jail." I said as I wiped his tears, getting in the car.
