"Is everyone here," Kurapika asked in a panicked voice. "Okay instead of a headcount I'm doing attendance. Killua and Gon?" "Here." "Sousuke and Kou?" "How could you miss us? "Komugi and Mereum?" "Present." "Amane and Nene?" "We're here." "L and Light?" "Present." Kurapika continued to go down the list and everyone answered.

"Okay," he said. "Everyone is here. So let's eat lunch then we'll visit the gift shop before heading back to the hotel." The kids all went to get something to eat. Kurapika just sat at a table and opened his bag. "I see you also brought food," Leorio said as he sat next to him. All he got in response was a distasteful look.

Leorio sighed. "So it's going to be like that," he said. "Fine. I'll just eat." And he did, ever so often catching Kurapika looking at him. "You can't just give me the silent treatment all day," he said. "It's really unprofessional and immature." Kurapika glanced at him again. "I'm not giving you the silent treatment," he said. "See? I just talked to you."

Leorio rolled his eyes and just continued to eat. Lunch was wrapped up quickly. Leorio stood. "Okay," he said. "Lunch is over. It's time to head to the gift shop!" The students all immediately ran to the gift shop.

"Killua," Gon said. "Killua look. I found a shark plushie." He held up a green plush of a shark that was the size of his head.  "Num num num," he repeated while opening and closing the plush's mouth.

Killua placed his hand on the head of the shark. He pushed it down. "Gon, enough," he said. "You're what? Fourteen?" Gon frowned. "I thought it was funny," he said. "Are you watching the teachers again?" Killua nodded. "Look," he pointed. "They aren't even by each other. Mr. Kurta is standing by the entrance of the shop and he looks upset. Mr. Paladiknight is shopping. But if you pay close attention he already has something but he's still browsing. Or, if I must clarify, Mr. Kurta."

Gon looked at what Killua was explaining. "Oh yeah," he said. "I see it. But it's kind of weird that you're just watching them and haven't gotten anything." Killua turned to Gon. "I do have something," he said. "It's the tooth of a megalodon shark." Gon smiled, "That's so cool! Let me see!"

Killua opened his hand, showing the tooth. "So cool," Gon said. "I'm going to get this shark. His name shall be Jerry." Killua gave him a puzzled look. "Jerry?" he asked. "Who names a shark Jerry?" Gon shrugged. "I liked the name," he replied.

"Group A," Kurapika called. "Hurry up and buy your things! We should be heading back soon!" Students rushed to the checkout trying to buy their things. Leorio was the last to buy his.

Everyone climbed onto the bus. Excited kids showed each other what they bought. And the teachers sat down. As the bus drove off, Leorio threw something at Kurapika. It was a red plush of a squid. Before it could hit his face, Kurapika caught it. "What is this?" he asked. "A squid," Leorio responded. "Take it."

Kurapika examined the plush and with a huff, stuffed it in his bag. "I will," he said. "Thank you." Leorio smiled, "The pleasure is mine." Kurapika turned to look out the window. Why was he blushing? And why was his heart beating so fast? Leorio was a co-worker, maybe a friend, but nothing else.

"Leorio," Kurapika whispered as a crowd fluttered into the lobby. "I need to talk to you. Can you come up to our room?" Leorio gave him a confused look. "What for," he asked. Kurapika sighed, "Just- come on." "In a second. I want to make sure all the students get to their rooms before doing anything." "Alright. I'll wait for you."

Leorio walked into the room, shutting the door behind him. "What's up?" Kurapika took a deep breath. "I apologize for my tone," he said calmly. "But... What is wrong with you today!?" Leorio looked taken aback. "First you take my clothes and make lewd comments about me struggling! Then you let all the kids run off! And I know you were staring at me this morning while I got my clothes!"

Leorio tried not to smile. "Okay," he started. "I think you're being a little overdramatic. The whole clothes thing was a joke, as we're the 'lewd comments'. And I don't see your problem with letting the students go off by themselves for an hour or two. You leave them alone all the time and when we signed up for this trip there was no rule against it. Plus it was an aquarium, what could've happened?"

Kurapika scoffed. "A LOT OF THINGS," he yelled. "Pedophiles, someone could've fallen, someone might decide to swim with the sharks and get in an accident. What if someone had a health issue? And what do you have to say about staring at me earlier?" Leorio bit his lip, "No comment."

"Unbelievable," Kurapika scoffed, showing a fake smile. "I can't believe you did that! What other sick things have you been thinking about? Huh? I bet those lewd comments weren't even jokes! Were they Leorio?"

Leorio noticed that Kurapika's face was slightly red. And without thinking said, "You so want to kiss me right now." Kurapika's face turned an even deeper shade of red, "And if I do?" "Do it! Don't be a pussy." Neither of them knew what they were saying or doing at the time. But before they knew it, Kurapika grabbed Leorio's face. He pulled it to his own, connecting their lips.

After a few seconds, Kurapika pulled away with a completely red face. He huffed and stormed out of the room. Leorio stood in the center of the room, shocked. He brushed his lips with his thumb and smiled.

Kurapika told all the kids to get their dinner. Instead of his usual spot with Leorio, he sat at another table to eat. He kept glancing at Leorio, his face turning red whenever they caught each other's eye.

When it was time to go to bed, Leorio and Kurapika didn't talk. They both showered, no one playing pranks. Without even watching television Kurapika lied in bed and fell asleep.
