Sora's Pov
"Ventus that was so awesome!" I exclaimed as I jumped on my brother's back. He laughed and said, "I dunno what it was but it cool."
We were at the park. We decided to hang here before we went home to an upset Cloud. He always gets really mad when we sneak off or come home late. I guess its because he's protective.
"You know, this is gonna change our lives."
We all turned to look at Roxas who sat on the swings. He looked off into the distant, those celestial blue eyes of his staring off into the horizon.
How pretty...
"He's right," Vanitas said. We all looked at the sunrise. The wind began to blow as the suns bright light shinned in my face. I smiled and took a deep breath.
"Who cares. This just means we are different that's all," I said as I breathed out the cold air. I looked at my brothers. Roxas glanced at me then smiled and said, "Yeah your right." Ventus laughed and sat on the swing next to Roxas.
"What are you laughing about?" I asked as I grinned. He looked at me and said, "To be honest, I always thought there was something strange about us. Figuring out that I was right is just so bizarre." Vanitas cringed and said, "Who the fuck uses bizarre?"
"I do."
Vanitas looked at him.
"No wonder your so fucking lame."
Ventus frowned.
"You know your mean sometimes."
"And?"
Roxas and I giggled. They are always acting like this. It's quite amusing.
Wait a minute-
"Hey how come only Ventus and Vanitas were able to do that?" I said curiously. Vanitas shrugged and Ventus looked down at the ground.
"Maybe we are just quick learners," Vanitas said as he leaned against the pole of the swing. I searched the ground, thinking of ways to explain it.
Maybe they are just quick learners.
Maybe...
"No that doesn't make sense," Roxas said, "I normally picks things up before Ventus does. Vanitas maybe but-"
"The pills!" Ventus said as he sat up. We all looked at him as though he were crazy. He stood in front us and asked, "Vanitas do you ever take your pills?" Vanitas rolled his eyes and said, "No, why?" Ventus's face lit up.
"Guys the reason me and Vanitas could do it is because we don't take our medication," Ventus said, "I know its a bit of a stretch but It seems so likely! I stopped taking mine just yesterday and..." He started to trail off. I gave him a confused look.
What was he gonna say?
"There's only one way to find out," Roxas said as he stood up. He looked at me as soon as I looked at him. We both nodded then looked back at Ventus.
"Only one way to find out if you are right," We both said. Ventus looked up at us and smiled.
"You can't do that," Vanitas said. We all turned to look at him. He bit his lip and said, "You need the medication trust me. you wouldn't stand being without it for a day." I worried look seeped into my eyes. Just before I could say something, Roxas cut me off.
"Wait...if the pills do end up being the cause of our abilities being blocked...then wouldn't that mean that's what their true purpose is?" He asked in uncertainty. I looked at him and said, "Yeah why?" Roxas exchanged looks with Vanitas. Vanitas eyes widened and he looked at Ventus and me.
