Sora's Pov
Breathe...
We all sat down on the couch, prepared for Cloud's wrath. We normally don't get in trouble often...well. Ok, ok maybe that was I lie but me and Ventus normally don't get into too much trouble. I mean there were a few times I screwed up but it was never anything major. Sometimes Roxas gets in trouble but Vanitas is constantly in trouble. Anyhow the point is Cloud can get really mean sometimes...
And its scary...
"So," He said as he sat up. We all watched him stand in front of the TV and cross his arms. He tapped his finger lightly against his arm, patiently waiting for one of us to speak up.
"We're sorry," Ventus said solemnly. Vanitas scoffed and said, "Speak for yourself dim wit. I regret nothing." Cloud glared at Vanitas then looked at me and Roxas. We both looked at each other then back at him, wondering what was best to say to him.
"W-we were being s-stupid," Roxas said hesitantly. I nodded in agreement. Cloud raised his eyebrow. and said, "You guys were being stupid." We all put our heads down as soon as he said it. I heard him walk over to the kitchen and open the fridge. I began fidgeting with my fingers. It was really quiet till Cloud gave a huge sigh.
"Well you all are definitely grounded," He said bitterly as he set down drinks. We all gave him a confused look, wondering why he made these. Ventus grinned and said, "So we're-"
"No you are still grounded," he said coldly. We immediately put our heads back down after he said that. He sighed and said, "None of you get to go out with your friends for 3 months. No TV, No phones, and I'm taking your allowance money." We all nodded.
Fair enough...
"Now drink," He said. I gave a slight smile to Cloud. I grabbed the drink.
DON'T DRINK THAT!
I dropped the glass quickly and covered my mouth. As the glass broke the rest of them looked at me like I was crazy. I gulped, my chest heaving. I stared at each one of them, embarrassment filling my body. "S-Sorry," I said quietly. I gave an awkward grin before placing my hood over my head.
RIKU! What's wrong?!
It has something in it!
What?! Roxas joined.
What the fuck are you talking about? Vanitas asked.
I don't know what it is yet but the sent was off. It smells oddly familiar too.
You have a unique sense of smell. Ventus said.
Riku what should we do? I asked worriedly.
Find a way to avoid drinking it.
"Are you okay?!" Ventus and Cloud asked. Ventus put down his glass and grabbed my hand before Cloud could. As soon as he grabbed my hand and examined it. I gave him a confused look before realizing what he was doing.
"I-I think I'm fine," I said in a scared tone. Just as he touched my hand to "check for cuts" I gave a fake whimper. He gave me a worried look and said, "Sora's hurt! Vanitas, bring my first aid kit to the bathroom. Roxas, get some bandages." They both looked at him weird before doing as he says.
"Sora, lets go and get you patched up," Ventus said in a caring tone. I nodded and stood up with him. As we walked towards the bathroom, I looked back at Cloud. My eyes widened.
That glow!
His eyes gave a vibrant glow and the center of his eyes held a greenish hue. He face was emotionless but his eyes said a lot. It was some what...terrifying.
